I'm trying to break by habit (addiction?) of wasting time with TikToc and videos. I've always used these in the background for noise or just find myself wasting time watching them. Now, I'm listening to the Bible being read aloud. I am much calmer now.

This book doesn't apply to any religion it only applies to them born again believers.
It was written by Solomon-for the Jews, it it relevant to those Jews who still adhere to Judaism, but yes, of course, it's perfect instruction for Christians. Beautiful scripture😍🥰-@@anthonystroman8407

A angry person is not one u want in your lifetime. A hot tempered person will leave u because u refuse to do as they do and say.
