Love your videos - Thank you for what you do! If you please, can you recommend a source for food safe Tin to line a copper Mauviel pot? Thank you in advance!
I have very very rarely worn gloves in the almost 10 years I've been working with metal - I like being able to feel the nuances of the metal against the tools. And...after all those years, my fingers are mostly calluses now anyway!
I work tin and copper without gloves for so many years. I have found if you pay attention to where you place your hand you do not get cut. I have also found I can feal inconsistencies as they may pop up and can address them then an not trying to figure out how to do so later.
Your channel and the way you film your videos are awesome! 👏
Thank you so much!!! I very much appreciate it!
Cool little technique! Can't wait to try it out!
Have fun! The stronger the wire, the easier it is to use!
Love it...!!!
Thank you so much!

@@housecopper thank you
Where. Do you buy your bright tin
There's a local source here in Wisconsin where I go (or Bob goes) and picks it up by the skid. Not sure that's helpful, though! sorry!!!!
@@housecopper thanks I live in Virginia
I have purchased my tin from Reynolds manufacturing in Pa. Have to purchase it by the skid and it's expensive right now.
Why are you not warning gloves while working with metal?

Because if you warn them, sometimes they hide to avoid doing the work
I worked with metal without gloves once. ONCE.
