I remember watching an interview with Mat Fraser where he stated that despite becoming famous in CrossFit, he had no desire to become a coach or own a gym. Our perspective changed.
What did he say he wanted to do before?
i would love to know how Mat would be doing in all these workouts! Also for the Games. A section called "Mat trys the Open, or Games Workouts" would be dope!
