    The sort of route that requires the utmost concentration and riding skills. Especially when one is trying to control a 400 kilo beast capable of 1800 cc of power.

    Wow….the ghat section of steep declines enroute Agumbe Ghat was amazing and exhilarating to watch with sharp hair pin curves and declines.
    Credit to the you for skillfully negotiating them.Roads are reasonably good to ride.
    It was very enjoyable watching ride and hearing you intensely on Fatboy.
    Best wishes for safe riding ahead.

    Hello Kripal Amanna Sir, Namaste!
    My name is Pankaj Singh Tiwari.
    I am a fellow FatBoy rider myself. FatBoy 2020. Still not many miles on my Harley, but learning as I ride. I am thinking about a wind screen for my Harley (19 inch windscreen). The length of the windscreen at my height (5.8) would I believe be a little tall, and I might have to look through the windscreen for my vision and not over it. I wanted to ask you about the windscreen on your FatBoy and the field of vision that you have. Hoping for your guidance Sir..Thank You. Really Enjoy watching your videos.

    Hanuman Langurs, Bonnet Macaques (Monkey) are common and can been seen in most of the forests. While you may be referring to a Lion tailed Macaque in Charmudi Ghat, and this species is mostly arboreal and is seen in evergreen forests where there are long huge trees.

      I've been touring on motorcycles around the country with my wife for over 27 years now and our visit to Doddamane at Agumbe was truly unique. ( I'll share a link with you on FB... it's quite
      informative ).

    If you thought the descent was tricky, I'd think you would have found the ascent to be very challenging with a bike as heavy as yours. I've had close calls with my relatively lighter, yet heavy Interceptor. I assume the trip is already complete, but next time, use Sringeri and Kudremukh ghats to ascend/descend. Equally fun but not as risky. Cheers

    • @KripalAmannaVlogs
      @KripalAmannaVlogs  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I personally find it is relatively easier to control the motorcycle when ascending as one also enjoys the traction of the engine, as opposed to none when going downhill, especially on a steep decline, trying to work with gravity using only low gearing and brakes.

    • @mithunshenoy459
      @mithunshenoy459 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@KripalAmannaVlogs absolutely agree and I enjoy the ascent lot more as well, especially on the Z900 (that I also own) on the Madikeri or the Kudremukh ghats. But a couple of hairpins on the Agumbe ascent have always freaked me out especially because of the amount of traffic raining down from the other side, which gives no leeway for a wider u-turn. Never taking the Z there. Full disclosure - group rides in the past have taught me I'm not as skilled a rider as I had originally envisioned 😜 TGIF!
