The way our nation is going, that would be another asset if the power goes out for any length of time. Sean I love how you and Hope go out camping and cooking.
Some people use a pizza stone inside the oven to help it even out the heat. I saw one couple that wrapped this in a rigged up welding blanket that fit over the oven like a soft box. They used liquid weld to hold the seams together. They said it helped to keep the heat longer and use less fuel. I love watching you interact with the girls. Yours good man and father. God bless.
I could have saved you some time on this one. LOL... I have been using a Coleman camp oven for over 20 years with no problems. I love them. I make biscuits, muffins, cornbread muffins, just about anything you can think of in mine. As far as content I want to see, keep doing what you do,brother. I am proud that yall do so much that the girls are able to be involved in.
Appreciate trying out stuff and letting us see the results!👍👍 Baking Tip: excellent for home ovens to camping ovens. Use a higher shelf so you can put a sheet of aluminum on a rack below what you are baking. Stops the bottom of whatever you are baking from burning before the top of your baking item is baked. Simply: top and bottom of item bake at same time and no burning! Happy baker, happier eaters!😅😅😅
❤️ Good job you two! 😋🍞 When I used my Coleman Camp Oven i did Pillsbury French bread and cut it into 4 pieces. I used a regular camp stove. I was at a camping event and had people surprised I was doing bread stuff. I was thinking about doing homemade the next time. Mix and chill the dough ahead of time. 😳😳 That rig would really bother me as being too unstable. My fear would be just someone bumping into the table would knock it over.
Hi... im Leslie from Southern California, in the Antelope Valley, in a small unincorporated town called Lake Los Angeles... lol and further it is divided... there is the Palmdale side, and the Lancaster side... I'm on the Lancaster side 😁 Whewww thats a mouth full! I really like your video's, and this one so far is great... i think that stove is a great camping tool... I can't wait to get one for camping!!! Have fun you guys 😁💜💜💜
That was awesome! Looks yummy! Hope reminds me of me with my Dad. I loved goin and doin stuff with him. So much fun! Yes definitely! More videos like this!😊❤ God bless
Food always seems to taste better when cooked out!! Great setup you guys have going there! Lots of memories to be made! I have a lot of memories of Spring Creek growing up!!!
You need to add a Coleman white gas 2 burner stove. The old reliable camp stove I have used for at least 45 years since I was a kid camping with my family
Yes, l would love to see more, cause we go camping a lot in the summer at the Lakes, I'm from Springfield, Missouri. Favorites are Tablerock, Bull Shoals, Stockton, Pomme de Tar. Like to fish 🐟 them all too, Fellows Lake, but you can't camp there, just fish, Lake Springfield, McDaniel Lake, numerous Rivers, fishing and Camping, Float Trips, Lake Taneycomo and if you want Trout, but water is very cold, even in Summer, l believe you all have been to many of them, also love Count it all Joy, Brandy and the girls rented an AB&B, watched the Oldest girl play Basketball at School of the Ozarks. Have watched all your channels starting with the sale of your already built house to your new property that was nothing but ground, Trees. Watched the building of your new house off grid, watched it all. Enjoyed all. And watching your 3 girls, growing into beautiful young ladies. Springfield is close to many lakes, Branson. etc., love you all 2 and 4 legged family members ❤️ 😂😅🎉😮😢❤❤😂❤😂
Suggestion wide mouth jars would be easier and more convenient. You never see Hadley or Hayden in these videos do they not have any interest in camping or cooking with their dad??
Love watching the camping, it takes me back. Try using parchment paper under the croissants, they have a lot of butter which can burn fast against the pan.
That's a pretty cool little oven. Didn't know Coleman made an oven. I wonder of you can set it on the wood burning stove in the tent and get good results?
Gee I gained at least 3 lbs just by watching as look so good. Great idea putting your cake mix in a jar to go camping. Gosh Hope is turning into a Vanna White. Had fun watching and Thanks! Love y'all
I'm in the Chicago NW suburb of Crystal Lake IL -- As a senior citizen buying a small manufactured home in a 55+ community with a lot of regulations... #YouBetcha I'm buying things like this, especially since I can't get solar power, not to mention that the water heat and cooking in the unit is regular/community electric with no way to even get solar backup. Also, since my home only has one bathroom, I'm getting a composting toilet to put in my storage shed in case of emergencies, so more than one person can "use the facilities" at one time. #RuleBreakerIAm!
Hey Dutch and Hopey, that's a cool lottle box oven🎉. I'd worry if there where a bunch of boys around at the camp😮. I believe they make the rolls with croissant dough. The shape you make them into is a Cresent 🤣. Very nice outcome! JO JO
This is awesome. I used to love camping with my family when I was a kid until I was at the campsite alone when a tornado touched down in the campground when I was 16. That was the last time I have been camping. 😊
Hello you two. You have a Pretty little cook helper 😅😅😅. I have never heard of the Coleman oven. I guess out and about never thought of anything like this.😂😂
That’s a neat little stove. I really enjoyed your video. I would make a middle frame so you could sit that stove on it and you don’t have to worry about it falling and then you could put your bottle of gas on it but what a great video you guys have a great day.
Great to see you and Hope spending quality time together. I am so glad to see you did a review on this oven. I bought one myself, but haven't had a chance to get it out of the box yet. Glad to see it works well and can't wait to start cooking/baking in this oven.
🤗👍🏻Make a list… Check it twice!! That what us ladies do! So Hope, you’ll have to be the List maker for your Dad.. That way you guys will have everything you’ll need.. Just talk about what you both would need and make list.’ Then can check it off. It’s still fun if you forget things.. Because you can figure out what you can use if you don’t have what you need! Just saying.. Having fun with your Dad and having lots memories! Happy Camping 🏕️ 🤗👍🏻💙❤️ 👵🏻
Suggestion, put your batter in a zip top plastic bag. When you are ready to fill the pan, just cut a corner off the bag and squeeze the batter out, like a piping bag.
It looks like a useful oven, except it seems unstable. I would think they should have put some long narrow legs on the corners. Otherwise, we have a Coleman stove and I wonder if a bigger base would keep it more stable. Great video the brownies looked delicious. The rools looked great! Awesome job Hope and Sean
Your dinner rolls are crescent, referring to the shape like crescent moon (pic on can). A croissant is made with a much flakier pastry dough. Hope this helps.
Use a Dutch oven parchment paper on the bottom use pizza dough sauce cheese and pepperoni. Use charcoal put some on the lid. Be careful it doesn't burn on the bottom. Doesn't take a lot of charcoal on the bottom.
I use crescent rolls a lot. If you want to make a quick and easy meal try using crescent rolls and before you roll them up lay some sauce and shredded cheese with whatever leftover meat you have, I like to use mini meatballs then bake as usual. The other thing my hubby loves and a pepperoni roll up (cheese and pepperoni then rolled up)
Sean, I found these on Amazon that are a great deal for food storage 10pcs 5 Gallon Mylar Food Storage Bags - 10 Mil Thick with Oxygen Absorbers 2500cc - Resealable Ziplock
A regular table top type Coleman stove would be a better choice to use with this oven. A lot more stable and the stove shields help maintain heat better.
That was awesome. Hope hope he is a good helper hubby spell her name right but you gotta forgive me. I don’t spell good but yeah that was awesome. I like it oven that is so cool. I gotta get me one if I could talk to Wife if you don’t wanna be.
Hello Dutch and Hopey. This was awesome! I bought me a sunoven and it was the cheapstest one ( yellow). I was so surpried how heavy duty it was and I cooked a roast and veggies in it. I started it in the morning and it was done by dinner. It was a small pot and the pot has to be dark. It was good. I had to keep turning it to the sun. Its more tender with crockpot or conventional oven but all I had to do is keep it out in sun longer. Just thought I would share. I think I may check out this oven. Also can you build a brick rocket stove out there for us? There is a great one on the channel Live simple live free. I bought all the stuff to do one and then moved to fl and it was left behind and never used. A rocket stove would be great for this too. You have to feed it twigs.
i would make a frame for it to sit on out of metal leaving room in center to put the gas can for the heat. that way no chance of t tipping over when opening or shutting the door.
That little burner is dangerous you should build some sort structure even if you did it out of rock like an old backyard Pizza Oven but I would definitely have that secure with animals and children. those look yummy
Thanks for the product review. I think I want one now after watching that Great demonstration. 😊
What a fun video and…… made me hungry!!! Lol great dad - daughter time!❤
Enjoyed again. HOPE
Enjoy these outings. Carry on! 🙏✝️🙏
My Coleman camp oven is probably 30 years old and works great
The way our nation is going, that would be another asset if the power goes out for any length of time. Sean I love how you and Hope go out camping and cooking.
Yes, the girls will always remember this.❤❤❤.
Some people use a pizza stone inside the oven to help it even out the heat.

I love watching you interact with the girls. Yours good man and father.
God bless.
Covering it may make it too hot to the point where the heat can't be controlled. There's a reason why there are vents built into the oven.
So enjoy this new channel. Hope it's just a doll baby❤ God bless you all and your family❤❤❤❤❤

Love your new channel. You need to do some dutch oven cooking. You can cook anything in them.
Thanks for sharing.
❤️ Good job you two!

Hi Hope and Dutch, I think the Coleman camp oven would be a pretty good unit, had one years ago. Have fun guys and take care.❤️❤️👍👍🇨🇦
Yum yum yummy

Looks like a good oven for camping. Enjoy your videos. GOD bless y'all.
Food always seems to taste better when cooked out!! Great setup you guys have going there!
Lots of memories to be made! I have a lot of memories of Spring Creek growing up!!!
I have been using that oven for over 45 years, love it. you should use it on a 2 or more burner old school stove. works great
You need to add a Coleman white gas 2 burner stove. The old reliable camp stove I have used for at least 45 years since I was a kid camping with my family
Love it❤
Hope, you did great. I could almost taste those brownies when they came out of the oven.
good job hope

Hello Dutch and family
Hello Hope & Dutch, that's a cool little stove. Food looked good
Suggestion wide mouth jars would be easier and more convenient. You never see Hadley or Hayden in these videos do they not have any interest in camping or cooking with their dad??
Get yourself a welders blanket to retain heat on those windy days! I use that set up and we can even bake sourdough
Hey Dutch 😊
We add walnuts, choc chips, shredded coconut....sometimes raisins or crasins...yummiest! ❤❤❤
i love a Dutch oven.
Deep fryer stand 3:59 probably work better
Gee I gained at least 3 lbs just by watching as look so good. Great idea putting your cake mix in a jar to go camping. Gosh Hope is turning into a Vanna White. Had fun watching and Thanks! Love y'all
Sean your such an amazing father and I love how the girls love hanging out with you ❤ they are such wonderful girls ❤
More please.
Wow! That Coleman oven works well!❤🎉😊
Love these reviews. Also enjoying your other channels. I so love how you guys include the girls in all aspects of your life projects
first time seeing it used on this type of burner. normally i have only seen on double burner stove

That stove is made for the regular Coleman Camp Stove.
Very cool for camping. Or even in backyard
The little oven is great! I have never seen one like that!
Very nice. We used a hot campfire and a big Dutch oven. God’s blessings
This is awesome. I used to love camping with my family when I was a kid until I was at the campsite alone when a tornado touched down in the campground when I was 16. That was the last time I have been camping. 😊

Yes I like you review of products that's awesome
You have a beautiful little chef in training with you.
Pretty cool! Its basically what I was thinking yesterday's video you could possibly put it under the heater in the tent. Wow.
Good Job Camera Girl!
Enjoy all your videos!

I enjoyed your review. As a avid camper, I always enjoy any tips on new camping gear!! Thanks for heads up.
I was very impressed with the oven. I would want two canister burners one to cook in one to use oven and the meal would come off together.
❤❤❤❤❤
ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO DUTCH 😊
Just got it off the trail. This gonna be awesome.
i could almost smell the brownies!!!
I have this oven and also like it. I bought a extra rack and a pizza type stone to fit inside
A regular table top type Coleman stove would be a better choice to use with this oven. A lot more stable and the stove shields help maintain heat better.

Dutch where did you purchase your Coleman oven? It is light weight and looks like works great! Thanks Dutch and Hopey..❤
I enjoy watching Hope and yourself in this new site....How's the coyote and hog trapping coming along?
I use aluminum foil to cover the stove, it holds the heat better and you use less gas.
i would make a frame for it to sit on out of metal leaving room in center to put the gas can for the heat. that way no chance of t tipping over when opening or shutting the door.
