Okay I am going to very quickly explain what a fin funnel is in cause you don't already know. Funnels is essentially a funnel-shaped drone units that are designed to be remotely controlled by a Newtype pilot. It is equipped with a small beam cannon, and an energy cell to propel the funnel when it is operating. A Newtype pilot is able to control these funnels with great precision, allowing him/her to remotely attack an enemy from all directions, making a funnel-equipped mobile suit extremely deadly. When the funnels are not in use, they are attached to the mother suit's surface hardpoints for recharging. All Zeon funnel equipped units have the ability to recharge funnels but the Earth Federation Forces is very slow in adopting the technology. Although early funnels can indeed resemble funnels, they can come in a variety of shapes. The most unusual funnel is perhaps the ones equipped on V2 Assault's mega-beam shield. They do not fire any assault weaponry but are instead used to form an I-field barrier in the case of the nu gundam funnels. If you want more information on Gundam I advise going to the fan wiki. It's perfect to know more and the people behind it try to keep it updated regularly.
The FAZZ (Said as Fats) also didn't have a clip because it's from Gundam Sentinel which is a novel that was published in a magazine and due to how trademark works in Japan, the characters in the story are owned by the magazine while the Mobile Suit designs are owned by Sunrise.

It hadn't been released yet when this list was made, but #2 on this list is now probably the Disruptor used by the Mighty Strike Freedom. It is an invisible beam that cuts through all atoms in its path, with enough range (both distance and ability to sweep across things in one shot) to cut through a space fortress, and all the ships that were hiding behind it. Also, as a beam, it doesn't use ammo, just the suits own power generator.

In regards to funnels, bits, and other assorted support drone systems, I have to shout out the Aerial Gundam's GUND bits. They may not be the strongest, and the Aerial may not carry the most, but what they do have is versatility. For starters, very proactive programming and a fairly ruthless target engagement approach with their own beam blasts. Then it gets interesting with being able to attach to the Aerial to not only recharge, but act as additional thrusters. For defense, they can project shields to refract incoming beam attacks, and physically interlock as a physical shield for even more concentrated defense. Finally, they can dock with Aerial's beam rifle to increase its power and range. In particular, the mid season upgrade rifle can extend for all 11 to attach, which yielded a combined output strong enough to obliterate a mobile suit's feet with a near miss, leaving molten stumps above where the ankles HAD been... ON TRAINING MODE. Sadly, we didn't get a proper look at the cannon mode in full power, but it would have likely been a substantial boost.

Ah I mean the gp02 nuke would probably gets categorized in the same category when he was talking about nukes. mmmm. these are technically all the most powerful weapons. For strongest pistol. There is no anime for crossbone. unfortunately. Beam magnum. pretty powerful. one mag for one shot. Or for the main character using it on the silver bullet suppressor, one arm, one mag, one shot. Though to be honest, when gundams give general numbers to gundams like for mass or output, it kinda is wishy washy.

Honestly, the beam magnum is stupid. It's overpowered, you can easily team kill with it. It only really worked with maybe 3 suits, but man the power and sound of that thing A +.
The list is quite old, and it missed one of my favorite. The Photon Torpedo from Reconguista in G. The weapon activate by deploying a bunch of light particle and "Erase" whoever come in contact with the particle. It's barely visible and very destructive, that the Main Character that used the weapon himself got traumatized as he heard the scream of his enemies that got caught in the attack as their Mobile Suit got 'erased' part by part until they finally exploded. He then decided to not use it ever again.
