How To Fillet Bullseye Snakehead

In this video we show you how to fillet a bullseye snakehead. This fish originates in Southern Thailand, but has been introduced into Florida's ecosystem. They are an invasive species in the U.S. This fish may look crazy, but it has beautiful white flaky fillets, that rival the best saltwater fish.
