In addition to the rich nutritional composition of snakehead fish, it also has pharmacological effects such as antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, cell proliferation, platelet aggregation and anti-nociceptive activities. Snakehead fish contains a high content of essential amino acids and a good amount of fatty acids which can directly improve tissue growth, wound healing, supplement nutrients such as food supplements and pharmaceuticals.
