As per my experience in ibps po mains ( cleared but could not make in final due to 56 marks in interview) reasoning - u need to study critical becaus that is only place where u can beat others with huge margin rest every good aspirant is on same place. Maths - if u have good command on DI then you can easily take lead rest arithmetic and all is kind of time taking plus u will get 2 marks maximum ( personally i dont feel them worthy for your time) english- depends on person to person If you are good then u will easily touch 3 figure marks in total. GA - these days ga is tough so its better to take any weekly pdf and do multiple revision u will easily get 7-8 marks above cutoff. Descriptive - avoid grammer and spelling mistake and write meaningful normal sentences related to topic u will get 18+ because paper is checked by machine (AI).

My personal opinion if any student confused related to teachers/sources 1.Reasoning -Ankush(puzzles)/Saurav sir(miscellaneous) 2.Quants- Sumit sir academy/Ashish arora sir 3.English- Tarun sir + Only daily sectional mocks 4.GA- Affairs cloud/Ashish gautam sir 🙏 And books for those completed their syllabus and want practice. 1-quantum CAT 2-oliveboard puzzlemania Mock test 1-oliveboard (due to exam level and exam interface) 2-guidely(because of more competition)
I find mains to be easier than prelims due to the extra time available in quants and reasoning. In mains there is no pressure to attempt the entire paper unlike prelims in which one needs to attempt a large number of questions with accuracy. In mains if you focus on accuracy and attempt even 50% of the questions in quants and reasoning it will be enough. If GA is tough then its tough for everyone. No need to be a topper you just need to qualify the cutoff and get the job.
That's the key point. You've already cracked the half way to PO exam! 👏 A large number of students do not understand this simple logic. Exceptions are always there.
I have cleared 13 prelims(bank+ Railways) so far....Gave two interviews( IBPS PO 2019 and RRB Po 2020) got in reserve list for Rrb Po but get short by 0.04 marks in the final cut...Extremely Exhausted and frustrated then I start to follow you....You made a positive change in my mindset sir, now I am trying to be more focus and determinant than ever.....Thank you Sir

It Takes time....! Mastering Do take time. Take the Risk of time the Return will be tasty. Now on exam Pov. When u read the whole Para (after mastery) some key words will be in u r mind always & when attending the qstn u can save time of searching and reading again. U will know where the key word or the plot which the question needs is lieing...! Take it easy. Invest full focus at that pot. Hope this helped u Little way.
