The JAK Blunderbuss (forgot the actual name for it lol) is a fun gun. It’s mainly gimmicky and it’s meant for “changing it up” and just having fun. It’s not meta or top tier by any means but like I said, it’s meant for having something unorthodox and fun
Truly sad that they never buffed the old MW2 shotguns like they should have The Bryson 800 and the Bryson 890 had the potential to be incredible in MW3 just like how they were in MW2 However I will not accept any slander on the Expedite-12, although it hardly has any one shot kill potential it still had an almost scarily consistent 2 shot kill compared to other shotguns
@Goomie hey I'm sure you have a beta video incoming. My biggest problem is the movement. Especially with the shotgun. Do you notice when you're running, you see a guy, you snap up to engage, but you're technically still in sprint with your gun up and there's a delay before you can shoot. Other games weren't like this, you would just have the gun up in strafe, ready to shoot immediately
@@dylan-sk8mtdo you notice when you snap up to engage an enemy, your technical still running because of omnimovement and you can't shoot immediately like in the other games? It's crazy. Plus the handling speed and pump speed are terrible on the new pump
Goomie ever since the s5 reloaded update, akimbo baslisks can 3 shot to 20 meters in warzone. Still a pretty bad TTK, but way better than how it previously was
I agree that the Reclaimer 18 is the best heavy hitting shotgun in MWIII. It's just so satisfying getting the 16 to 18+ meters longshot kills with it. Semi auto mode on it is also a plus for me.
as @justadishwasher2162 said, the only shotgun we have access to in the first week of the bo6 beta (the marine sp), is extremely average. the lockwood 680 is better than this shotgun right now. i got the marine sp max level today, and there seems to be no way you can kit it out to be a decent hipfire build, only ads and tactical stance seem to be "viable". they kept "rapid fire" (maybe like 5 rpm increase lol) locked at level 34, and tactical laser at level 33, and the tactical laser doesnt even give you perfect hipfire accuracy, it just makes your reticle more tight (ads is still tighter). using the "modified choke" (gives really tight ads pellet spread) with tactical laser does nothing, since the game doesnt count the laser as being in ads, leaving the "full choke" (better hipfire acc) the only good choke to run if you use tactical laser. if anyone wants to try this shotgun out; ads build: optic of your choice (or the strelok laser), modified choke, long barrel, quickdraw stock, rapid fire. (until you get rapid fire, u can use steady aim laser.) tac stance build (needs to be almost max level): full choke, long barrel, combat stock, tactical laser, rapid fire. hipfire build: dont
@Goomie sadly yeah. however I did keep on trying out the tac build for a few more games after my post, it is really hard to explain in text. If you jump/dive/slide, you lose ALOT of hipfire accuracy (ie, the reticle is alot bigger) standing still makes it seem actually usable, but the whole point of this game is the omnimovement, so having to be in your sights 24/7 doesn't make your experience fun. To counter this, I tried using the perk dexterity, which according to the description, reduces weapon motion when moving in general, but it either doesn't work, or the effect is so small that it isn't a noticeable difference At the end of the day, you are the shotgun guy, so I hope that I made a mistake somewhere and that you can cook a build to make this gun worth using 🙏
Been using MWll guns after completing the mastery challenge on all but 4 weapons from MWlll. All of the shotguns are dissapointing besides the broadside, dual trigger lockwood and mx guardian. No idea why their ranges or spreads were ever buffed. But they do love adding broken weapons every season instead of buffing the bad ones.
if you crouch with that jak wardens and have that scarlet laser, crouching can make the crosshairs tighten quicker givin ya that goated spread quicker for more consistency!
Nice video BUT can you please put the best builds/attachments in the video for each weapon so i know what to use. I rarely use shotguns so i’m not too sure. I just put on anything which increases range 🤷♂️
same gun technically but the semi auto reclaimer can also 1 tap out to about 10m in ADS and I'd say it's currently my second favourite shotgun build after the pump

Reclaimer 18 is so weird (and perhaps still bugged) that I still can't figure out whether to use pump or semi-auto in tac stance. Every streamer has it setup different. I settled on semiauto (better spread, fire rate buffed) but here you are pumping it :)

Yeah the reclaimer is a beast. It’s been my favorite in mp and wz since they fixed it. I even stopped using Goomie’s speed riveteer build for it
