@@robertabrao7785 yeah the Fleshly Jesus was created but not the divine nature of Jesus as that always existed as the Bible clearly says that the “Word” meaning Jesus was with God in the beginning.
J C Notice John 1:6 starts as the other gospels with John the Baptist making the way. John 1:1-5 is about where Jesus is (at the time of John’s writing) and what was accomplished thru his death. JOHN 1:1 could/should be translated “In the beginning was the Word,(Jesus wasn’t called the “Word” until after he shed his blood Revelation 19:13) and the Word was with God. And what God is the Word is. So, what is God? God is Spirit (John 4:24) and Jesus was raised in the Spirit (1 Peter 3:18) and we know Jesus is Spirit because flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. (1 Corinthians 15:50) and just as Jesus is now perfect (Hebrews 5:8, 9) and Spirit (Mark 12:25/Hebrews 1:7, 13, 14) the apostles spoke about how they and others were to share in this divine nature as well. (1 Peter 1:3, 4/2 Peter 1:1-4/Romans 8:28-30/1 Corinthians 15:43-50/2 Corinthians 5:1-5/Philippians 3:20, 21) Which is also why Paul told them to have the same mindset as Christ to humble themselves (Philippians 2:5-11/Matthew 20:25-28/2 Corinthians 1:24/1 Peter 5:1-3) because they are to rule as kings with Christ and even judge angels (1 Corinthians 6:1-3/Matthew 19:28) also John 1:1 is a prologue , meaning it tells WHAT happened, before it tells HOW it happened. So, at the time of John writing his gospel Jesus has already ascended and is already at the right hand of God. Because he (Jesus) was obedient even to death (Philippians 2:8-11) That is why (Jesus) was/is with God. And while Jesus was on earth God was with him. (JOHN 20:28 “My Lord and My God” Jesus revealed God to them/him for God was with Jesus (John 1:18/Matthew 11:27/Luke 10:22/2 Corinthians 4:3-6/Acts 10:38/John 8:29/John 16:32/John 14:19, 20)Then John 1:6 begins the explanation of how it all happened. It is the same with Genesis chapters 1 and 2. And the Tower of Babel if you read the chapter before the story of Babel it tells how they left each with their own language then they tell how it all happened. Genesis chapter 10 and 11. JOHN 1:3 explains these verses (Colossians 1:16/Luke 22:28-30/Ephesians 4:7-24/Revelation 1:5, 6/Revelation 5:9, 10) The new beginning that God created, is laid in Christ blood (Isaiah 51:16/Isaiah 28:16/1 Corinthians 7:31/2 Corinthians 5:17/Ephesians 2:10-20/Galatians 6:14, 15/John 6:64/John 15:27/2 Thessalonians 2:13-15/1 John 1:1-5/1 John 2:24, 25) Jesus was slain from the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8) the apostles were chosen before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4) what the apostles were speaking about was the New creation (Hebrews 2:5/Matthew 19:28) All of this is about the beginning, but the beginning of the new creation which is laid in Christ Jesus (Matthew 13:34-43/Luke 22:24-30) JOHN 1:4, 5 explains John 5:19-23, 26/John 8:12/John 11:25/John 14:6/1 Corinthians 15:45 As for any text that says Jesus came in flesh, Became flesh, manifested in the flesh. The apostles were fighting against the docetic doctrine (belief Jesus never ever was flesh and blood) best proof in the Bible is 1 John 4:1-3/2 John 7-11

John 4:25, 26/John 8:24, 25/John 9:35-37/John 10:24, 25, 36 They feared the people because they took John the Baptist and Jesus as prophets (Matthew 21:10, 11, 25, 26, 45, 46/Matthew 11:7-10/Luke 24:18, 19) the followers of John and Jesus knew who they were, and Jesus isn’t and was never God. If "firstborn" means only rights to rule over all, then why does the Bible never have to say that Yehovah is "firstborn"? And "all things" most certainly does not include Yehovah as 1 Corinthians 15: 28 makes clear, Jesus submits to Yehovah's authority even in heaven. Paul even says that when the Bible says, "all things" that it should be obvious this doesn't include God and that's why it doesn't specifically say, "except for God." Similarly, when GL starts out saying that because it says, "all things" are created through Jesus that it means Jesus cannot have been created first. But again, this same wording of "all things" is clear by context that Jesus can also thus be excluded as he in this case already is in existence when the rest of creation is being made through him.
You are more than likely using a biased translation which more than likely says "over all creation" or "preeminent one" when the Greek is " prototokos" and should be translated as it is (firstborn) You need to read what the Bible actually says !

@@jimjuri6490Firstly, I would like to clarify something: Do you think that I think that Jesus is his Father or no? Because the way you phrased your comment does reinforce this idea. If no, I apologize. However, if that is indeed the case, again, I do believe God to be one, but He is nuanced in His personhood, i.e. He has three persons. Now you're right, Corinthians is a clear statement, however it is also written that all things (not all other) were through Christ our Lord. And it is God alone through whom all things were created. This does perfectly fit with John Ch 1 and Genesis itself, since God spoke everything into existence, thus everything was created by his Word, Jesus. (The Word was with God and the Word was God.John 1:1) Furthermore, I do believe that the first part of John 1:18 must be assigned to God the Father, this character trait of being invisible (Christ being the visible image of this invisible God, as written in Colossians 1:15.) And I come to this conclusion, because they were figures in the Old Testament (for example Isiaiah, Jacob or Abraham), who actually did ecounter God face to face. @abbyboat5730 No, he's not. Isaiah 60:16 says, "They will certainly have to know that I am the LORD your Savior, and the mighty one of Jacob is your redeemer." Soooo if Jesus is Jehovah, then why are there two separate individuals being talked about here?? One is the Savior, and the other is the redeemer. Jesus is the Mighty one of Jacob because Luke 1:32,33 says he is as does Isaiah 10:21 and that scripture meshes perfectly with Jude 25 that says "To the only true God our Savior, through Jesus Christ. @@ScottRock-mr6qk Amazing! Jesus is the Mighty One of Jacob? I agree! I believe that too. That last point the Jehovah's witness made was actually a Fair plausible point, at first glance. We know that Jesus died and was dead for 3 days a but he rose again. The nature of the death was that his body died and his soul was resting in sheol. For You will not leave my soul in Sheol, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption. Psalms 16:10 NKJV. Other instances of 'firstborn" where it is to be understood figuratively: 1. Genesis 41:51-52 v Jeremiah 31:9 2. 1 Samuel 16:10-11 v Psalm 89:27 and arguably the best explanatory verse, 1 Chronicles 26:10 "Also Hosah, of the children of Merari, had sons: Shimri the first (for though he was not the firstborn, his father made him the first)". 'Firstborn' is about preeminence and this is clear if your read Colossians 1 IN CONTEXT and not surgically isolate verse 15 from its explanatory background. This aside, the Watchtower has committed a grievous sin because they added 'other' 5 times to Colossians 1 in order to completely alter Paul's intended meaning. Paul was without a doubt the smartest philosopher I've ever read (I have a degree in Philosophy). To think Paul, under the inspiration of God's Spirit, would have slipped up and forgot to put in the word 'other' 5 times, and thus led BILLIONS of people into error by falsely believing Jesus is God, is just too much to believe. Furthermore, our most ancient manuscript which contains this chapter, P46, does not contain the word 'allon' or 'allos', the Greek for 'other'. Beyond any doubt, the Watchtower has lied. Paul's unaltered words v the new-kid-on-the-block, the Watchtower and its adding to Scripture? It's not brain surgery!
@@scottgrey2877 Just like your demonic master, Arius, would argue. Sorry - did I say 'argue'? Never mind me - always one to exaggerate. I meant to say, regurgitate the program.
In every single instance, even when used a figurative sense, the word “firstborn” is used to denote a “beginning”, “coming into being”, “produce”. Psalm 89- King David was the first person produced (by Jehovah God) as king of the messianic linage. Exodus 4- Israel was the First Nation produced (by Jehovah God) as his own people in order to worship him. Furthermore, Paul describing Jesus Christ as “firstborn of all creation”, it places Jesus Christ as a member of creation, thus implying in Colossians 1:16 that “all things” refer to all “other” things which were created by Jehovah God *through* his “firstborn” Jesus Christ.
JW Defensor It was the Father searching for true worshipers to worship Him. John 4:23 Trinitarians have no leg to stand on. I study religions and I know your beliefs also. But I am not a JW. I believe all religions go against God’s word.
@@robertabrao7785 the closest religions I’ve seen that are the closest to God’s word are Jehovahs witnesses and Muslims. I am a Jehovah’s Witness myself and was a former Christian before, I learned the truth in the summer, last year. Where Jehovah God opened my eyes to the truth and I was so happy. Started to study the Bible every single day and stopped celebrating pagan practises. Following what the Bible teaches, and also stopped eating pig/pork and I loved bacon. In The Bible it is seen as an unclean animal so therefore I do not eat it (this is not part of JW, but this is how I personally respect God as well as covering my head because of the angels and in Corinthians). Being a Jehovah’s Witness has changed my life for the best, I’ve got tons of hate from my family and lost all my friends because of my belief, but it does not matter to me because Jehovah my God will always be there for me, stay strong in faith and follow the small and hard path and not to easy way. - Matthew 7:14 “whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are finding it.”
Beace I understand your position, it’s wonderful to find a religion that doesn’t teach the foolishness of the trinity. But you must test all spirits and doctrine against the word of God (1 John 4:1, 2) First JW’s believe Jesus is the arch angel. But Hebrews 1:4, 5, 13 says God has never said to any angel to sit at his right hand. And the world to come was not given to angels but to Jesus (Hebrews 2:5) Also, after reading Daniel 7:13, 14 does it sound as if Jesus was in heaven before? Jesus gained access to God Hebrews 9:24 states Jesus entered into heaven itself to appear before God for us. Also check out Jeremiah 30:21 If Jesus was an angel before and after his early life why isn’t it written as if he was there and is returning? Many are confused because John 1:1, 2 says Jesus was with God in the beginning. But this is not about the Genesis beginning, this is about the new beginning created in Christ Jesus, Jesus is the beginning and Jesus is with God after his obedient death and ascension to His right hand. John 1:1, 2 is a prologue telling us where and what was accomplished Thru Jesus. Jesus is first in all things but this is after he was resurrected Colossians 1:18 the first of Gods creations Revelation 3:14/Colossians 1:15, 16 John is using parallelism with the Genesis creation for the new creation in Christ. Yet, like parallel lines they do not intersect. Read Isaiah 51:16 to help see God putting his words in Jesus in order to plant the heavens and lay the foundation of the earth and to say to Zion you are my people.
@@robertabrao7785 Hello sir, Sir to answer your question I want you to fucose your attention in verse 5 it say : For example , to which one of the angel did God ever say : You are my Son. What we understand is that , the subject of this chapter which is Jesus is belongs to those angels. For ex. Let say, to which one of this Soldiers did president say : you are my friend. The person who was the president pointed out , is he did not belongs to the soldiers? Of coarse he belong because he pointed out the word "which one" to the soldiers. So at verse 5 clearly when apostle Paul say " which one of this angel" clearly Jesus Christ belong to those flocks of Angel. And he is Michael the arch angel .

Here's a Gem that they struggle wiggling out of, my bestfriend was a Jehovah's Witness and so I've attended many meeting's to understand their doctrines in order to learn how to overcome the heretical teachings. I've NEVER had an elder adequately respond to this simple contradiction theologically that exist in their own New World Translation. You have to set them up with it though by saying did God raise Jesus from the dead? They will say YES! Than ask was Jesus conscious during his death, they will say NO! They believe in Soul sleep, Than compare scripture with scripture. 1. Romans 10: 9 For if you publicly declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and exercise faith in your heart that God raised him up from the dead, you will be saved. NOTICE: God raised Jesus. 2. John 2:19 Jesus replied to them: “Tear down this temple, and in three days I will raise it up". 20 The Jews then said: “This temple was built in 46 years, and will you raise it up in three days?” 21 But he was talking about the temple of his body. 22 When, though, he was raised up from the dead, his disciples recalled that he used to say this, and they believed the scripture and what Jesus had spoken. NOTICE: Jesus raises himself from the dead, the temple is his body and he says I WILL RAISE IT UP in verse 19, Therefore Jesus is God! Good luck trying to rectify these two problematic texts JW's lol.

Something isn't right. Did Jesus say he would RESURRECT himself. Or RAISE a TEMPLE to replace the one in Jerusalem (cf John 4:21)? Please read the account at John 2:19-22 carefully. Here is the testimony of an eyewitness. Peter. (Acts 2:32) God resurrected this Jesus, and of this we are all witnesses. If Jesus could 'RESURRECT' himself, then he would have to be alive and not dead. That would mean that Jesus never died. Dead persons need someone who is living to bring them back into existence by a resurrection. Guess JWs have got it right.
Avery did a great job!!! The Jehovah's Witnesses were stumbling and couldn't answer Avery's questions as they faked their way through. As soon as they found that there was a camera on them they called another person to tell the Witnesses that they had to leave. The witnesses can't understand that JESUS is JEHOVAH (Revelation 1:8)!!! Revelation by JESUS CHRIST. May the undeserved kindness of JESUS CHRIST be with the holy ones is the very last verse in the bible of the New World Translation. Did the very last verse say Jehovah??? Something for them to think about.
Isn't one getting things mixed up? Jehovah is the Only True God whom Jesus and True Christians worship. See John 17:3, 20:17. How could Jesus worship himself? Wouldn't that be an ego problem? Just wondering.
Strange! JWs were once believers in the Jesus is God RCC doctrine. They left their churches because they learned the TRUTH. (John 8:31,32) How can they unlearn the truth and return to the divided church system?
Jesus, God the Son, was not created. He has always existed; He has no beginning or end. The Son took on human flesh at a particular point in human history (John 1:14). Christians refer to this event as the Incarnation (“the act of being made flesh”). This act was integral to our salvation (Galatians 4:4-5; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 9:22). From the Incarnation onward, the eternal, uncreated Son is both truly God and truly man. But there was never a time when the Son did not exist. He was never created. Jesus always was and will forever remain “our great God and Savior” (Titus 2:13).
God who can never die can change form and die? No wonder Muslims are saying 'pot calling the kettle black' when such 'Christians' who believe this call Muslims all names.
Asking a JW what the purpose of Jesus's crucifixion was often leads them into some really muddled thinking. They don't have a clear game plan on that one.
Proverbs 8v22,is talking about wisdom (not speaking about christ), The object of the writer seems only to recommend wisdom, which reveals itself in the right conduct of life,by showing that it is exhibited and exemplified in the wonders of nature and in the creation of the world.
Jesus was saying a prayer to his father in the gospel of John he says father you have loved me since the begening of the world If Jesus is Jehovah who was loving Jesus?
So many verses stating Jesus is first and only begotten son and clearly Jesus himself states he is nothing like the Father but you trinitarians make up own interpretations to fit a man made doctrine and blindly follow it. Yes David is firstborn because David was Jehovah's first chosen one to be king over his people. Saul was chosen by the people not God. Hope this will help you to understand Jesus is the firstborn of creation and thus began the time of beginning. When Jehovah was alone time was not present. Jesus is the beginning of time and all things came into existence thru him and for him like a gift given by a father. Try to understand this for it is the base of the Bible. If you don't then you will remain confused and Muslims will mock you and make you trinitarians look foolish.
To all Jehovah witnesses, answer this question for me. Read Psalms 31:5 and then read Acts 7:59. You clearly see that Steven is praying to Jesus the exact same way that the Psalmist is praying to Jehovah in Psalms 31:5. Answer that question, but I will answer it for you, because Jesus is Jehovah, and you would agree you only pray to Jehovah God, right?
If monogenes means unique, what does it mean when the text calls Jesus “monogenes theos” at John 1:18? 🤔 You said “he’s the unique one as he shares the father’s nature.” Isn’t that an oxymoron?
@@scottgrey2877 you are a Bible pervert and the one you claim alpha and the omega is not the one coming, but the same Jesus Christ you are rubbering his glory will come, judge and condemn you and your false prophets to hell if you don't repent, as Jesus Christ is the same Jehovah, as the Son, but not the Father...
The early creeds of the church unequivocally teach that Jesus was not created but that He is an eternally divine Person, the Son of God. Muslims teach that Jesus was a virgin-born human prophet, but came into existence just like everyone else. Mormons, who adhere to a modern-day form of Arianism, believe that Jesus had a beginning, just as God the Father had a beginning. Jehovah’s Witnesses say that Jesus was the first creation of Jehovah and was originally called Michael the archangel. So on which side of the creator/creature divide does Jesus actually fall? Is Jesus a creature, and thus part of the created order, or is He, along with the Father and the Holy Spirit, the Creator of all created things? Is Jesus heteroousios (“of a different substance”) than the Father, as the 4th-century heretic Arius held; or are Christ and the Father homoousios (“of the same substance”), as Athanasius maintained and the Council of Nicea decreed?
@@scottgrey2877 Mormon believe God of this universe was a MAN before he became God .. and they DONT believe God is spirit .. there God has a physical body
Jesus became eternal, but he wasn't always, seeing as he died. "For we know that Christ, now that he has been raised up from the dead, dies no more; death is no longer master over him." - Romans 6: 9 Genesis 1: 1 says, "in the beginning" but it doesn't start with God creating the angels, but the account starts with the physical creation. However, Job 38: 7 shows that the angels were alive when the stars were made. Thus, John 1: 1 is referring not to a beginning before time, but to Genesis when our physical universe was created and Jesus was already there with God (as were the other angels). This is also clear from Proverbs 8: 22, 30, 31, "Jehovah produced me as the beginning of his way, the earliest of his achievements of long ago. From ancient times I was installed, from the start, from times earlier than the earth ...Then I was beside him as a master worker. I was the one he was especially fond of day by day; I rejoiced before him all the time; I rejoiced over his habitable earth, and I was especially fond of the sons of men." Now Trinitarians often say Proverbs is ONLY about wisdom personified. However, was not Solomon the "wisest man"? (1 Kings 4: 29, 30) And did Jesus not say: "The queen of the south ...came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon. But look! something more than Solomon is here." (Matthew 12: 42) So is it not fitting for a Proverb about wisdom to also be about Jesus? Is not the only real reason for Trinitarians to say it can't be because it so clearly would then speak of Jesus having a beginning? The key to realizing if you are wrong or right about something is to see it both ways and figure out which way the evidence actually supports. Not to simply try to find faults with the other way to look at it. If someone didn't tell you ahead of reading the Bible, that Jesus was God, and God was 3 persons, and that the Holy Spirit was a person ...would you really have come to the conclusion of the trinity doctrine without any help outside of the Bible? Here is how Catholicism defines the Trinity: (the rest of my comment is quoting directly cut and paste from a Catholic website) "We firmly believe and profess without qualification that there is only one true God, eternal, immense, unchangeable, incomprehensible, omnipotent, and indescribable, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; three persons but one essence and a substance or nature that is wholly simple. The Father is from no one; the Son is from the Father only; and the Holy Spirit is from both the Father and the Son equally. God has no beginning; He always is, and always will be. The Father is the progenitor, the Son is the begotten, the Holy Spirit is proceeding. They are all one substance, equally great, equally all-powerful, equally eternal. They are the one and only principle of all things - Creator of all things visible and invisible, spiritual and corporeal, who, by His almighty power, from the very beginning of time has created both orders of creatures in the same way out of nothing, the spiritual or angelic worlds and the corporeal or visible universe. The Father is entirely in the Son and entirely in the Holy Spirit; the Son is entirely in the Father and entirely in the Holy Spirit; the Holy Spirit is entirely in the Father and entirely in the Son. None of the persons precedes any of the others in eternity, nor does any have greater immensity or greater power. From eternity, without beginning, the Son is from the Father; and from eternity and without beginning, the Holy Spirit has proceeded from the Father and the Son."
If someone didn't tell you ahead of reading the Bible, that Jesus was God, and God was 3 persons, and that the Holy Spirit was a person ...would you really have come to the conclusion of the trinity doctrine without any help outside of the Bible? Notice John 1:6 starts as the other gospels with John the Baptist making the way.
Paul even says that when the Bible says, "all things" that it should be obvious this doesn't include God and that's why it doesn't specifically say, "except for God."
Similarly, when GL starts out saying that because it says, "all things" are created through Jesus that it means Jesus cannot have been created first.

Any suggestion?
(The Word was with God and the Word was God.John 1:1)
Furthermore, I do believe that the first part of John 1:18 must be assigned to God the Father, this character trait of being invisible (Christ being the visible image of this invisible God, as written in Colossians 1:15.) And I come to this conclusion, because they were figures in the Old Testament (for example Isiaiah, Jacob or Abraham), who actually did ecounter God face to face. Additionally, I of course believe that Christ made known to us the very nature of his Father, whom He from eternity past shared his glory amd nature with, by becoming flesh and visible to all. Would Jesus want worship?
That last point the Jehovah's witness made was actually a Fair plausible point, at first glance. We know that Jesus died and was dead for 3 days a but he rose again. The nature of the death was that his body died and his soul was resting in sheol. For You will not leave my soul in Sheol, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.
Psalms 16:10 NKJV. So Jesus' soul and Spirit was not destroyed utterly but was simply cast down.
Other instances of 'firstborn" where it is to be understood figuratively:
1. Genesis 41:51-52 v Jeremiah 31:9
2. 1 Samuel 16:10-11 v Psalm 89:27
and arguably the best explanatory verse,
1 Chronicles 26:10 "Also Hosah, of the children of Merari, had sons: Shimri the first (for though he was not the firstborn, his father made him the first)".

I understand your position, it’s wonderful to find a religion that doesn’t teach the foolishness of the trinity.
But you must test all spirits and doctrine against the word of God (1 John 4:1, 2)
First JW’s believe Jesus is the arch angel. But Hebrews 1:4, 5, 13 says God has never said to any angel to sit at his right hand.
And the world to come was not given to angels but to Jesus (Hebrews 2:5)
Also, after reading Daniel 7:13, 14 does it sound as if Jesus was in heaven before? Jesus gained access to God Hebrews 9:24 states Jesus entered into heaven itself to appear before God for us.
Also check out Jeremiah 30:21
If Jesus was an angel before and after his early life why isn’t it written as if he was there and is returning?
Many are confused because John 1:1, 2 says Jesus was with God in the beginning.
But this is not about the Genesis beginning, this is about the new beginning created in Christ Jesus, Jesus is the beginning and Jesus is with God after his obedient death and ascension to His right hand.
John 1:1, 2 is a prologue telling us where and what was accomplished Thru Jesus.
Jesus is first in all things but this is after he was resurrected Colossians 1:18 the first of Gods creations Revelation 3:14/Colossians 1:15, 16
John is using parallelism with the Genesis creation for the new creation in Christ. Yet, like parallel lines they do not intersect.
Read Isaiah 51:16 to help see God putting his words in Jesus in order to plant the heavens and lay the foundation of the earth and to say to Zion you are my people.

The person who was the president pointed out , is he did not belongs to the soldiers? Of coarse he belong because he pointed out the word "which one" to the soldiers.

Jesus became eternal, but he wasn't always, seeing as he died. "For we know that Christ, now that he has been raised up from the dead, dies no more; death is no longer master over him." - Romans 6: 9
Genesis 1: 1 says, "in the beginning" but it doesn't start with God creating the angels, but the account starts with the physical creation.
I was the one he was especially fond of day by day; I rejoiced before him all the time; I rejoiced over his habitable earth, and I was especially fond of the sons of men."
Now Trinitarians often say Proverbs is ONLY about wisdom personified. However, was not Solomon the "wisest man"? (1 Kings 4: 29, 30) And did Jesus not say:
"The queen of the south ...came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon. But look! something more than Solomon is here." (Matthew 12: 42)
So is it not fitting for a Proverb about wisdom to also be about Jesus? Is not the only real reason for Trinitarians to say it can't be because it so clearly would then speak of Jesus having a beginning?
The key to realizing if you are wrong or right about something is to see it both ways and figure out which way the evidence actually supports. Not to simply try to find faults with the other way to look at it.
If someone didn't tell you ahead of reading the Bible, that Jesus was God, and God was 3 persons, and that the Holy Spirit was a person ...would you really have come to the conclusion of the trinity doctrine without any help outside of the Bible?
Here is how Catholicism defines the Trinity: (the rest of my comment is quoting directly cut and paste from a Catholic website)
"We firmly believe and profess without qualification that there is only one true God, eternal, immense, unchangeable, incomprehensible, omnipotent, and indescribable, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; three persons but one essence and a substance or nature that is wholly simple.
The excuse used to avoid what Colossians 1:15 actually teaches also backfires.
PREEMINENT
surpassing all others; very distinguished in some way.
Jesus would have to be COMPARED to others. Thus, Jesus cannot be God.
Isaiah 46: 5 To whom will you liken me or make me equal or compare me, So that we should resemble each other?
If Jesus is not God, logically he has to be one of God's Creations.
Proverbs 8:22 CEB
The Lord created me at the beginning of his way, before his deeds long in the past.
That is why Jesus is called the FIRSTBORN OF ALL CREATION.
I shall use that verse (and that verse only) next time I have a discussion with the Jws in my neighbourhood 😊
1 verse? What about the rest of the Bible. Not helpful?
@@tongakhan230 and then I'll read to them the whole of the bible. Should only take around 20 hours 😆
@@bygrace24 : There are simple verses dealing with certain subjects.
If it is about Jesus, this may help.
'No man has SEEN God AT ANY TIME.' - 1 John 4:12,20.
Wasn't Jesus ever SEEN? That is, IF the claim that he is God is true.
10:42 the dance break is sick mane, we dig it
Pastor acted clueless about the Bible but schooled these JW with the truth.
JW's are so truthful, agreed! Great converations
He is the word of God, the word already existed!!!
Proverbs 8 was wisdom speaking. They JW's constantly misunderstand the scriptures. Lord Jesus, open their eyes because you love them. Amen.
Even scholars know that wisdom in proverbs is jesus christ
It says wisdom is beside God and brought into existence
So Jehovah created his own wisdom and was beside him?
Wisdom can speak? Doesn't make sense. If God created Wisdom first (Proverbs 8:22), wouldn't that lead to a paradox?
God needed his wisdom to do the creating.
Psalms 104:24 How many your works are, O Jehovah! You have made all of them IN WISDOM. The earth is full of what you have made.
Had 2 lovely Jehova witness ladies come to my door 2 days ago...very sweet, very nice...they left very convicted.😊
Does this mean that Jesus' disciple stay at home waiting for other disciples to come so that they can confront them?
(Matthew 10:7) As you go, preach, saying: ‘The Kingdom of the heavens has drawn near.’
Well done 👏
