Its always amazing to me how much cross over their is between different branches of knowledge... this could easily be a martial arts or weight lifting class where you are talking about the kinetic chain, isolating muscle groups and generating power from the core and speed from the extremities, practicing slow to learn the techniques with more precision so that you can execute them more efficiently when doing at speed.

My hands are too small, I can't reach those chords that's bigger than a 9th. In terms of comfortability, an octave is as far as I can go, at my widest stretch I can reach 9th
