Good safety video. I had sliding issues with steel ramps like this when I used to drive old RWD Toyota Celicas. Switching over to FWD eliminated that problem since the wheels want to "crawl" up the ramps real easy.
I've been using ramps for several years now. I find them easy and intuitive to use. I understand the fear of driving right off the ramp but in practice it's not difficult to "feel" the bump stop. As you warm, using ramps on smooth concrete is basically impossible.
Not having a nice smooth slab to work on, I never understood why people thought ramps were tricky. Then I watch some videos and saw them trying to use the ramp on a nice slab. Slip sliding away...
