After using the wrong box for these subwoofers in the gmc sierra it was time for an upgrade. I think this is the best sub box you can buy for a nbs regular cab gmc sierra or chevy silverado. I wanted more room for the subwoofers but didn't want to move my seat forward or lose any room. This subwoofer box does it all. It gives the subs the room they need and allows my seat to go all the way back. I can not say enough about the jl audio 10tw3 sub. I have tried several thin mount or shallow subs and these by far are the best. They are not going to sound like 2 15s but get low and really hammer. I think this is the ultimate system or subs for a regular cab gmc sierra or chevy silverado. If you are willing to lose some leg room you could get way louder. I could also have had a custom ported box made which would have added some spl or lower bass. I am very happy with the netaudio box. If you want subs in a regular cab truck and don't want to set in the dash or move up your seat. These are the subwoofers for you. They have several options and you need to go check them out. I have manual seats and the seat leans angles more forward. I bought basically the same type of box. Hopefully it will go it smoothly without having to remove the seat

I just went thru this with my sub and amp. With (2) DVC 4 ohm subs running your wiring mono like that. You can only get 4 ohm or 1 ohm load. If you run 2 channels on your amp you can get 2 ohm but you'll have to have that 2nd hole in your box for the terminals. I went ahead and got (2) DVC 8 ohm subs so I could get a 2 ohm load running mono. Crutchfield has great wiring diagrams.
I looked at several wiring diagrams. I guess you are right. This is a 4ohm load. These subs don't take much though
Amp will run less hot. Mine gets warm. I should have got a bigger amp and ran 4 ohm load.

Up to you but I’d get some velcro for the amp and mess with that to see it stays put and doesn’t mess up the carpet then you don’t have bolt it down

Dude, please mount your amp to something don’t wanna drill any holes? It’s better than a sliding over a grounding on your seat frame rail hopefully you got it fuse properly or you don’t have to worry about those holes you will burn your truck to the ground.
