Hi everyone, We have a 2024 updated video for this coming out on the 31st August. Subscribe to be sure that you don't miss it. We are aware that the old database that we speak about in this video is no longer active.
Hi thanks for sharing this with us. Unfortunately, with serial number the small code is stating the serial number correct on the website with big N/A. Reference: N/A I also bought it from a Botuique in Japan. The warranty card given to men is fresh new in plastic bag, but has different Warranty Reference than the one on the checkup website :(
Hi all, I watched this and had a melt down when my serial number didn’t come up on this website. I took a trip to the official tag heuer who validated it as a genuine. There is a lot of reasons this number may not work. If I’m doubt get it authenticated from an AD
hello sir, how long did take TAG to examine your watch? And what are those "a lot" of reasons my serial number does not prompt anything in the TAG Portal?
@@gaddielvazquez6429 it was fairly quick to establish it was genuine (and free) They explained a few reasons but would be worth heading to an AD if you’re worried about your watch Before watching this video I didn’t even know there was such thing as a fake tag heuer
I just purchased a watch on eBay from what looks to be a good seller. The serial on the back of the watch does not come up. The lest digit on a clear photo looks to be a 5. On a not so clear photo it looked like a 6. I tried that serial and it cane up with the same exact watch. Could this have been a typo when this was registered? I checked other serials in sequence to see if Tag Heuer assigns serial in that manner and it does not appear to be the case. I have yet to receive the watch so will check the warranty card when it arrives.
Hi! i purchased a watch but if you run the serial on the page nothing pops but if you run the warranty card you can see when was activated and as serial number shows the model of the watch , i wonder if was filled incorrectly? i can send you pictures 😁
if the seriel of that watch shows when you enter the warranty code ur fine..not like tag heue honours thei warranties very well anyway, you ae lucky they rarely fail anyway.
Very interested in this as well. Enterting the serial shows a warranty code, and in total there are for fields, but nothing in the other two... just shows serial and warranty code.
In a couple of weeks. If you subscribe and hit the notification bell you will be notified when it goes up. We have filmed it, it’s just being edited at the moment.

I appreciate this information but what if my tag heuer Formula 1 WAZ1110.FT8023, does not pops up anything on the TAG Portal? I don't have any warranty card, and the serial number of the watch does not prompt any result. Is it possible the first owner never applied the warranty and that's what is not showing results or should be a fake?
@@shuliang2298 Department stores you're lucky if some sales assistant doesn't give way a random warranty card and box with a sale. Half the time it's not even for the right model. Watches are genuine though.
The Tag Heuer warranty registration can’t be faked. If the serial number shows up on the website it’s a real Tag Heuer regardless of if it’s been purchased from a AD or a private seller. Obviously a AD such as your self is going to tell everyone to go to ADs!!
I’ve been told different that of a replica or high end fake is made with already existing serial numbers / warranty card information and that fake watch is for instance a black aquaracer and the numbers of real black aquaracer match as will the warranty then the person with the fake AR is going to think there is nothing wrong aren’t they
They only certain way is to send it to Tag to authenticate it . Tag ADs have been reported to think what they are handling is real when it’s fake and have sent to Tag for authentication. Warranty matching serials on casebacks is not a guarantee of authentication . This is just something that sellers of fake tags say to placate buyers on eBay and platforms. It’s deeper
When I was 9 years old, in 1997 my dad bought me a TAG Heuer 6000 Chronograph Professional 200 Meters, CH 1113.BA0675-MOA, BF S.S. BR #806987, for exactly $1,647.47 cash, no tax - - - I remember seeing that this Jewelery Shop (in a Major Mall then and still now), was an authorized dealer for TAG Heuer, but there is NO Serial Number on the back (above the TAG Logo), and I had the Sapphire Crystal tested and it is OK. I have the receipt, box and paperwork and nowhere are there any other numbers except the ones I provided above. Although I do Not know what the: BR #806987 is - that's on the receipt and shown above?? I am sure most TAG serial numbers are in the form of: 2 letters, then 4 numbers or maybe that wasn't the way in 1997??

There are two serial numbers on the back of the watch. Check both
