Hey there! So at the end of every day when I start winding down (job is hectic), I fire up TH-cam and listen to music to kinda finish the day. I usually listen to slower, 80's songs from my favorites until bedtime. I picked up a guitar today for the first time at 54. I've grown up with them all around me my whole life. I spent 2 hours playing that thing. I surprised myself at how good I was and it just came to me naturally. I think what kept me going for 2 hours was I just felt so relaxed like never before. I never realized it's as peaceful playing as it is to listen to. Thank you for this, it's really beautiful.
