Definitely not! Intentional and patient rotator cuff strengthening, working on mobility in the thoracic spine and lower cervical, etc are all great places to start. Often clicking/popping resolves once the joint is more evenly balanced muscular strength wise. Find a great PT near you!

Pretty sure I have a slap tear. God created the long head to attatch to such a bad spot. I have painful grinding with internal rotation
