Common Ground kicks off in cinematic style with ‘The Inconsistency Principle’. Things then move to the dance floor with recent favourites ‘My Own Hymn’ and ‘Northern Soul’, debuted by Above & Beyond at their sold out ABGT250 festival. OceanLab siren Justine Suissa shines on the groove heavy ‘Naked’, while A&B mainstay Zoë Johnston lends her voice to the sun-soaked ‘Sahara Love’. ‘Happiness Amplified’ features a rapturous refrain delivered by the unmistakable voice of Richard Bedford, before a change in gear for the progressive ‘Is It Love? (1001)’. The slow burning ‘Cold Feat’ is another poignant moment from Justine Suissa, with Marty Longstaff tackling the uncertainties of life in ‘Tightrope’. ‘Alright Now’s' message of perseverance in the toughest of times dove tails with ‘Bittersweet & Blues’ reflections on absence and abandonment. Stripping things back to the band’s acoustic core, the stunning ‘Always’ is an optimistic Zoë Johnston-led ballad. The title track, ‘Common Ground,’ premiered at Ultra Miami 2017, is a final, thought-provoking instrumental bookend to the journey.
The release of Common Ground coincides with a tour of the same name - Above & Beyond’s most ambitious global tour to date. North American shows presented by T-Mobile are on sale now, with further worldwide dates to follow.

I'm addicted to this album. While I hate the fact A & B don't make pure trance anymore I so appreciate this music. The production is on a whole new level.
When you listen to the album many times, on studio monitors, with headphones, on a shit bluetooth speaker even those free headphones you get in tour groups, the music is always the same awesome piece of musical genius.

2018 just started almost 2 months ago and we already have the best album of 2018.
So much in this human existence doesn't matter. What we do, what we say, we are short lived beings in a forever Universe, yet Above & Beyond's music matters. It's meaningful and fulfilling, and ageless. I feel like it will exist when everything else has come to an end. And who ever finds it will feel the same way.

I've been waiting for this. It's all I've ever wanted.
I have high expectations and live accordingly. I want the best for everyone. I often struggle with life and people look to me for feeding them for the day. But wont let me teach them how I fish. It's hard to take the world on ur shoulders n it's also hard to realize that no one believes me. I wish I had some magic lamp that granted me expenses I cant afford. But even though I'm not sure if I am ready for those endeavors I have dreams and visions that one day I will have everything I want. I have good friends I have good family n a very cool cat. Over all I need nothing more than what I have and should be greatful for the little that I have. And I say lil because I have these expectations of winning a million dollars. But I want the money but not the work to do it. Psycho analogy that.

I do wonder why artists put their full albums on TH-cam as how do they make their money because I've listened to this to see if I want to buy the CD.
This is Above and Beyond's second best album following group therapy.
After listening to this I won't be buying the CD as it won't give me the longevity that group therapy provided.
Bittersweet and Blue sounds quite similar to SolarStone's dark assassins heart.
There's actually some good trance tunes on here from naked and Sahara love but not enough Trance filling the album.
Tranced One if people like above and beyond music, they would show love by showing up to the concert or buy their music on I guess iTunes and others.
