Have you ever been to Colleen Moore's fairy castle in the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago? If not you can Google the museum and find photos of it It's just stunning! It was given a facelift a while back.

Brilliant!!... and regular wood turning is extremely difficult enough.. but Ur doing it on "thumb tack" size!!... Incredible!!... I hate watching "detail work" on TH-cam...so boring... U.. Beautiful work! Drill Lathe genius. Here's a challenge for you! Can you create your lantern in N Scale? I'm challenging you because my train display, a work in progress, is N scale and would love to create lanterns for my display. I just bought a 3 D pen and am hoping to be able to do many of these things. From watching several TH-cam videos I believe I can. You should look into 3D pens. I think their potential has been overlooked especially for train displays and their not as costly or time consuming as 3D printers.

Drill lathe is genius. Having worked with large tools, it’s very cool to translate that into miniature. The possibilities are endless! Great work!
