I have the 2019 BE, its ventilated not cooled. Small difference. The only thing missing in the BE really is a heated\cooled cup holder. Can't tell you how nice the heated wipers are in Canada ;)
The trunk is actually a built in cooler hence the drain plug

unfortunately the folding mirrors require a push of a button. I agree, I don't know why they wouldnt automate it.
