"I want one" Handy little charger that! Love the DC out mode. Been thinking that would be handy for a while now and they've gone and done it. Cheers for the review
I love the ISDT chargers, I have one of the slightly larger Q8's, it is great at balance charging my large 6S 12000mah batteries, surprising to see such a small charger happily chucking 12amps into the battery without any problems at all. The only thing that i think they could improve is the way you navigate the menu. Like you mention with the Q6 it can be tricky hitting the right keys.
"I want one" My grandfather passed away and left me with about 30 RC planes, gliders and gear. He didn't have many batteries though. Thanks for your consideration :)
"I want one!" To feed my charging device addiction! xD Thanks for all you do for us, I will give this charger to a newbee in the hobby in case I win! ;-)
"I want one!" I'm a fan of the little ISDT chargers, really nice bits of kit, and the features they pack into tiny boxes are great. I'm eyeing up one of the Q8 chargers at the moment...
"I want one!" of course. Question though - you mentioned no usb output to charge phone. Couple minutes before you said it does current limited voltage output a.k.a. bench power supply. Could you set it to 5V 500mA and use a simple XT60>microusb dongle to charge? That's all most of the wall chargers do (excluding of course quick charge, adaptive fast charge etc).
Hope you have better luck with ISDT than I did. My D2 burned out at almost exactly one year, I will never buy ISDT again. My SkyRC is still going strong after 4 years. I just purchased a HOTA, works really nice, hope it lasts longer than ISDT. BTW... "I don't want one."
I want one! Has to be better than the previous isdt Q6 chargers, right? So many unnecessary "bad connection" warnings every time I want to balance charge...
Hi Do you know how I can see the charging current per cell? It only shows me the voltages on each cell, but I don't know how to make it show me how many mAh each cell has charged.
@@Painless360 that would be awsome thankyou so much.we have couple extra in the group but unfortuanately can only teach so many a session so having to split sessions and shorten the hours till every thing is normal again.thanks lee.stay safe my friend
I bought one of these on Amazon. I would charge a 450ma battery till the unit said it was done. I took it off of the charger and put it on a cell checker and it showed it was low (4.15-4.16 volts). I then took this same battery and put it on my ISDT D6 charger and it put in another 22mah and then the voltage was 4.20volts. That means that this unit was undercharging my batteries by 5%. I don't know if this is typical or just a problem with my unit. I do wish these reviews talk less about capabilities/features and more about how well it charges batteries.
I am wondering about this charger not possible to setup only balance charge task? Or what is means what is the charge method behind of task option "charge"
I want one to go with my other one! Brilliant charger. What I would like to know is how do the firmware updates work and how the bench power supply works. Is it voltage selectable. So could I set it to power my quad when I’m working on it?
“I want one!”, nice overview video. I didn’t know it also measures internal resistance, it seems to show only discrete estimates, not the actual “analog” value. Is the accuracy specified? Is a more accurate value required, or is the estimate sufficient for an idea of battery quality?
Not unless you make some kind of adapter for the XT60 with the right voltage. Check out my reviews playlist for others that have an AC power port.. Best of luck!
"I want one!" 😃 Great review, Lee! I have a ToolkitRC M6 and it's great! But having a spare one wouldn't be a bad idea! 😊 Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Looks like a nice little unit. I particularly like the battery internal resistance function. I already have eight iMax chargers and one Toolkitrc M8 so I'm sure others are in greater need than me. I just like the new technology. Cheers friend.
Uh has this one a verpoolungsschutz, on the airfield it goes sometimes hectically to, there one can happen sometimes that one exchanges the battery clamps. ISDT and discharged =)
My HTRC T240 has served me well so far, but as a field charger this would be extremely useful. Two in a pelican case with a fat Li-ion pack would also be nice.
Like you mentioned- it’s amazing how technology can be packed into small things these days. Great review as usual. “ I want one”
“I want one” for when the weather improves
Thanks for your content, it’s helped me out so much over the years👍

What a great piece of kit to take to the field with you! "I want one!" No... I want one more, back off everyone haha
"I want one!" I really like reviews like this. They help a lot with buying-decisions :)
"i want one"
Thanks for the review, Lee. Our new field does not have power so it's would come in handy. Be well!

“I want one!” looks super handy :)
“I want one!” Another interesting video Lee, thanks.
"I want One!" Your channel is great
"I want one" This is a nice little thing, would be good for charging at work. Thanks!!!
You mentioned you will be linking battery resistance. I can't find it in your description. Can you please update the description to include the link?
Will do. If you Google something like 'battery resistance painless360' you'll find it too.. Best of luck!
I want one! Great review Lee, like quick honest videos and you do them well.
ISDT make great chargers! "I want one!" Thanks for the drawing!

"I want one". I am getting into the hobby.currently I am doing a lot of flying in the sims and educating my about the various aspects.
"I want one" Great video once again, keep it up!
“I want one!” Still haven’t been able to get out and maiden the iNav nano goblin but looking forward to autotrim now I am fully trained lol.
"I want one!"great video as always.
"I want one !" This has some nice features over and above what my charger has

"I want one!"
This is much nicer than the cheap charger I currently have.
"I want one!" Love the vids! Keep up the great work! Thanks!
"I want one",a field charger would be very handy. Thanks for the chance to win.
"I want one!"
Love ISDT chargers, they have great features and good price point.
I want one!
This looks great, I wish chargers like this had existed when I got into the hobby.
I want one! Has to be better than the previous isdt Q6 chargers, right? So many unnecessary "bad connection" warnings every time I want to balance charge...
I want one ! my question is does the battery resistance indicator tell you if a puffy battery is unserviceable for example?
I want one!
Way better than my current charger!
"i want one", i have been using the Q6 plus and love it.
"I want one" keep up the good work

"I want one!" as a field charger and battery "destoyer". DC Power is a nice feature too.
I want one! The DC out option is really great!
“I want one!” I don’t even have a home charger yet! Cool looking product. Can one hook an external power supply with an xt60 connector to it ?
Lee,
Keep up the good work. Please include me in the drawing and the magic words are - I want one.
Big Jim
"I want one"
I really like the ISDT stuff.
"I want one" thanks for having a look at this... i really was curious
Will it charge big rc car batteries?
I really want one of these, great video mate
I want one. Great review Lee. Thanks for doing it
Great little charger! I love the idea of turning it into a bench power supply! I want one! Thanks for the review!

“I want one!” That would be a nice upgrade from my dumb balance charger haha
Can convert the barrel connector on a power supply to XT60, and power up the charger ?
"I want one !"
Is on my list.
Nice videos extremely helpfull !!!

“I want one!” Charging at the field and a bench top supply!
What a lovely small little charger
I want one!
"I want one!" I have a toolkitrc m6 with a bunch of issues. I would love to have a replacement
I just tossed one. Less than a dozen packs balanced and the cell readings were ridiculously off. DANGEROUS.
"I Want One" Love my Pro. This would make a nice little addition.
Yes please Lee "I want one!".
"I want one!". Thank you for the great content.
“I want one!” Also, do you know of any chargers that allows you to adjust the storage charge voltage? Thanks, always enjoy your videos. Cheers.
"I want one! " ... of this nice little charger. Would be grate! Thanks for the demo.
"I want one!" My B6 charger stops working. So this will be a nice upgrade 😃
I want one. This wonderful little thing would perfectly suit my needs as a small field charger.
I want one. Thanks for the review, I've had one in my cart for a while, just haven't placed the order yet.
So this wont plug into your wall outlet for power?
Not unless you make some kind of adapter for the XT60 with the right voltage. Check out my reviews playlist for others that have an AC power port.. Best of luck!

"I want one!" 😃
Great review, Lee! I have a ToolkitRC M6 and it's great! But having a spare one wouldn't be a bad idea! 😊
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
So can I charge a lipo battery by just using the usb input or is that just to power the screen of the Q6?
As far as I can see, XT60 only. USB is for data and firmware updates... Happy flying
@@Painless360 thanks very much for the reply, appreciated.

I want one . Keep up the great work
"I want one!"
I could sure use a field charger for my smaller quads instead of carrying lots of charged batteries around every time I go out flying.
I already have a nice charger but a bench power supply would be super cool so all I can say is "I want one!" :)
"I want one!" Said no-one ever.
I want one! . Thanks for the great reviews and info
"I want one !" That would be ideal for re charging my small glider lipos at the field.
I wish they would add a mode where you can charge with only the balancer port
I want one. Great little charger and review as ever. 😊
I want one! Should be nice for occasional top-ups in the field. Power supply function is also interesting...
Uh has this one a verpoolungsschutz, on the airfield it goes sometimes hectically to, there one can happen sometimes that one exchanges the battery clamps.
ISDT and discharged =)
I want one keep up the great work lee
Does it also charge a 2s 650mah lipo if i use a xt60 tp xt30 connector?
Yes
I want one. Thanks for all the useful info.
"I want one!" definitely :)
I want one! Will work with my leisure battery!
I want one! Thanks again Lee
I want one! thanks again for the giveaways. They're always a nice brucey bonus of watching your videos
As always great review. "I want one!"
I’m not sure about the navigation button, but nevertheless I want one
Looks like a useful addition, I want one!
Not sure I'll be able to read that tiny screen. But you guessed it. I want one
Looks pretty awesome! I want one!!
Awesome little charger!! I want one.
This or the toolkitrc m6?
Also, I want one!
I'd say this because in my experience toolkitrc qc hasn't been the best.
My HTRC T240 has served me well so far, but as a field charger this would be extremely useful. Two in a pelican case with a fat Li-ion pack would also be nice.
Looks like a good bargain, going to get a few of them, less time charging and more time flying/bashing. Thank you for the review
"i want one"
i would love to own a field charger again. lost one i had due to a house fire from a lipo explosion in January beginning of the year.
Ooh, I want one. Great looking charger.
