A classic drink made with vodka and orange juice.
SCREW DRIVER
Ingredients
½ orange
240ml vodka
480ml orange juice
Crushed ice as required
Method
1. Thinly slice orange and make a small slit on one end.
2. For one portion, take crushed ice in a serving glass. Pour 60ml vodka and 120ml orange juice, stir well.
3. Garnish the rim of the glass with orange slice and serve immediately.

Many years ago the American oil compnay workers had Vodka mixed with orange juice and took it to the work place in sly. To stir they used a screwdriver in absence of a spoon.
