Since you mentioned how long it takes to put on the suit have you tried turning the suit inside out and putting the legs on first? It's very helpful in getting the suit over your knees

I normally swim the 200 free and 500 free. I think I might buy a mizuno 4 when they come out but also would like to know more about the Speedo valor could you do a review on both?
Hey, I am still waiting on a Valor sample but it's just a revised Elite 2. The Mizuno GX IV is already out (in Japan) but for your events you'd want an MR and the III may be better on that variation anyway. If you think compression was good with LZR you'd either love the compression of Mizuno or be quite shocked how much it is. If you want a similarly comfortable suit as LZR 2 with the best features on market get the Finis Rival 2.0 reviewed here. If you want insane Compression and the best buoyancy and other features get Mizuno GX Sonic III MR. Both these suits last longer than Speedo LZR Elite 2 as well. Good luck in long course season.

@@DroneImage check my Instagram but there is a lot more dual layer with III MR than any other GX Sonic. The IV MR has the least dual layer of any GX Sonic. My mate has tried both and said III is the way still.
@@TheSwimsuitGuy But if the IV MR has less dual layer, wouldn't it be more comfortable to sit in for a couple of hours? Also that probably means that the IV has more range of motion, and I say that because I do a lot of breastroke and IM events and that would be more beneficial.
@@DroneImage potentially but the dual layer doesn't make the Mizuno less comfy or mobile, just makes it more buoyant. Regardless of dual layer quantities you will find the Finis 2.0 better between races and more comfortable a suit.
Platon K Depends on the actual suit honestly, Lzr X(speedo) don’t waste your money, Arena’s great, but Speedo’s Pure intent is great too, it’s mostly personal preference, flexibility, go for the Carbon Air, Compression, go for Pure intent or Carbon Ultra/flex, God bless!

@@TheSwimsuitGuy Oh really? The tech suit world is moving fast! I was thinking about Mizuno and the taping at the back, and wondered would Mizunos be suitable for backstroke? Because then the tapes would be pulling your legs DOWN, not up.
@@DroneImage they'd be snapping them back into place, would work in exactly the same way! Watch all the Texas backstrokers (Katz, Shebat etc) smash NCAAs in a pair this weekend!

Yes I thought I'd try. Didn't hurt too bad 😅😂 the materiel is tough and great but seams still have the chance to rip as with any bonded seams.

Would your preference be comfort or outright performance. Also choose between III MR and Rival 2.0

Personally Mizuno for my events as I said in the video. But if I was IMer or distance free swimmer maybe I'd prefer the Finis.
