Yes this is deffo an upgrade on the Flex if you want compression!
Watch when I get home son, all swimmers stay safe and keep training even if, only land training ready to spring back to action.

The Carbon Pro was the most compressive arena suit imo

would u recommend the mizuno gx sonic series over the arena carbon core fx for breaststroke sprint events since it has dual layering and has internal taping rather than external taping?
There is no decisive answer. The best breaststroker ever wears Core FX
Core fx is worn by peaty, kamminga, martinenghi, and mizuno is worn by shymanovich

I have no idea. As of two days ago I'd have said it's happening. As of today I think it's getting less and less likely because even if it's on there won't have been trials etc

would you recommend this suit for 50,100,200 breaststroke or another arena suit? i have had the air2 before and i had no issues but i could sometimes feel water rushing in after the dive.

Would you recommend this or the Carbon flex vx? I swim the 200 free and 200 im. I also found a Carbon pro. Should I wear that do the 100 fly?

How does this suit compare to the Mizuno GX sonic IV ST?
I think the Mizuno has more compression and more snap on the hamstrings. The Arena had more mobility, especially on the hips and the outer thighs. The Arena also feels generally more even. Depends on what you like based in them above differences, id take the Mizuno for my events which is 50/100s.

Not much buoyancy here. If you want compression get a Mizuno GX Sonic MR or Venzo
Would you recommend the core fx or the carbon flex for a swimmer who swims mostly 100 back, 100 free, etc... or is there another suit out there that you would recommend over this?
You certainly would have a good time with this suit, but personally for 100s I'd want a bit more compression and would use the Mizuno GX Sonic ST. If you want a bit more freedom around the hips though the Core is a great shout.

That's a tough one. Back when I was at teamipswich we done some crazy sets. But I personally find lactate sets leave me feeling the worse (i puke) so anything like 5-8 100s @6-10 mins. From blocks.

How would you compare this suit to the mizuno gx sonic 5. That has been my go to suit for the past 2 seasons but it’s just so hard to get.

Depends how much compression you want. Core has the most, Valor has the least of the three.

Arena tech suits are garbage. $300 suit lasted three meets before drawstring ripped out. Arena denied warranty claim because it had been more than 60 days since purchased. Will never buy Arena.
Is 28 your recommended size for the core (based on size chart)? Or do you think you could go 26 for more compression
I am meant to get 28, but if I was to get another I think I would go 26 to be honest. But Arena recommend against this as they this causes the suit to stretch quicker then perform worse!
