    Wow. This is so helpful for me. It helps me understand my procrastination being caused by my fear of defeat and rejection. I had already been "saved" a few years ago by reading and applying "Learned Optimism" (esp after the self test in the book revealed that rather than being the sunny optimist I thought I was, I was actually a dangerously extreme pessimist in the 3 ways that Seligman described!). I'm also interested in how these ideas relate to the book "Freedom" and movement by Jeremy Griffith.
