In this job/company he has the potential to earn over 20 lakh taka/month in 3-5 years if he switches to US office.
I agree his present salary is not a crazy big number but in the context of Bangladesh it's still one of the top 1% job you can get right after graduation. Average family income in Bangladesh is less than 4 lakh a year & that includes people in their 30s or 40s. Most people aren't earning over 5 lakh taka / year after graduation.
