Tis true. But after the initial investment, the robot doesn't need a salary, three shifts to work 24 hours, a lunch break, a cigarette break, health insurance, safety equipment, or worker's compensation insurance. Probably pays for itself in a year.

That brick laying machine is funny. By the time it’s done building the house, it’ll be time to tear it down for something else to take it’s place. But the motorized fridge cart is the best, and I want the guys job of watering trees from inside the cab.
Question re: the expanding cabin...Why? It expands into a bigger cabin for which you need to provide the footprint. Why not just buld a cabin the size of it when its expanded?
My local regs in Las Vegas allow me permitless building of my shed so long as it is UNDER 200 ft2. 201 ft2 requires drawings and permits and engineering, and blahblahblah. If I want larger, Nothing says I cannot have a 2 meter door so I can roll my saw or machinery outside, and nothing says I cannot have the left half 2.4 meters square, and the right side 3 meters square, and when I pack up at the end of the day, slide the right side OVER the left, and meet the minimum size requirement. The 'resting' size is 3m2. They showed this to you today. I have been considering just how to build this for a few years. (Another solution is to have both of those sides together, then move my right side out, slide the roof between both sheds, and have one large shed while used, 2 nearby smaller sheds when closed. More difficult to break into as well. Open the outside door, find a wall.......?????)
@@MarkH10 we have similar rules on shed size, but also have restrictions on "footprint" or foundation. Some of the smaller properties will cut you short if the base is concrete due to rulings on percentage of non-permeable structure. (rain shed versus rain soaking into the ground) Building on piles with a wooden deck will get around that. We can have a pair of 100 sq ft sheds, then take it up with zoning for some sort of porch roof between the two buildings. It will depend on the wording of the local rule. IOW, enclosed versus covered. Not sure how they would deal with a solid / temporary sliding structure. Will probably require engineering and drawing to pass muster.
That multi-legged thingy in the beginning is very cute... but does it serve ANY purpose ? Except for being innovative (just for the sake of it) and taking up half the road ?
In my area, one pass from the county's snow plow and it's back down in the ditch. It's even worse with new gravel on a new repaving. The ditch ends up looking like a new gravel road.
I have a miniature working version of the first one, based on a "Strandbeest" mechanical walker. It's pretty cool- runs on 2 AAA batteries, and is walking across my desk as I type this. As it walks along, it actually shows that, in terms of locomotion, the WHEEL is the most effective & efficient mechanical answer. This just *looks* cooler, and is ok as long as you only need to slowly walk straight ahead and never have a need to turn for any reason.
Made one years ago in the 60's. We used it outside though didn't have a garage back in those days. We made it atta 6" angle iron with iron stuck down into a slot in the concrete drive. It raised the vehicle about 8". High enough for us to get under it to swap out the oil filter, drain the oil. The thing just stuck up in the air when not in use back then nobody gave a rats about how the yard looked. This was in West Hollywood, FL. Yeah "West" has been deleted now its just "Hollywood" as snoots don't like the sounds of "West" anything. Oops.. I live in "West" Palm Beach.
"importé d'allemagne", n'est PAS une référence!!! Quand on voit les merdes de bagnoles qu'ils produisent et autres, on voit que la "qualité" allemande n'est plus qu'une légende depuis 40 ans!!
The Expanding House was my favorite by far.

Can you imagine how annoying it would be to clean the pine needles and dirt out of those tracks to open the cabin each time...
Love how they use tiny cars to demonstrate lifts.
Agree, some useful, others more expensive than they're worth.
A normal hydraulic car jack is quicker and simpler. Using a normal hydraulic jack a tire change could be done by the time he got it all assembled.
this tool is so usefull to use in crowded places!!!
1st one: Thank you Mr Janssen...
A human could lay 3 or more bricks in the same amount of time it takes that robot to lay 1 brick.

@@mp29643 With the right sensors, that robot could lay bricks in the dark and be done when you get back in the morning.
@rupe53 right!

The only way to watch this is by turning off the sound.
And regarding the 1st gadget. Why?

Why do tree branches need watering?
ah yes, complete with soul crushing free music.

Maybe for one of the States that Tax you on square footage ? Shrink it when the Accesser is coming ?
If part of the house is all glass it can be "inside" or retracted to use the space as an outdoor deck. Handy if you have the right weather.

Clever, but about as useful as a chocolate teapot
it's not even innovative. This was invented thirty years ago on a beach. This is just theft of someone else's creativity.
Going across a muddy field , low water , or just out a across a beach 😂
It’s THESE GENIUS MECHANISMS

Very Good!
Whatever happened to just normal things. Why do we have the need to always want more.?
I would not want to be under the car when the bolts that hold the winch to the cement floor rips out.
Is There anything on TH-cam that doesn’t blow your mind😂

it really works

Jak długo to będzie sprawnie działać skoro zwykłe drzwi po kilku latach wymagają zmian zamków , rygli , zawiasów ?
I like the last tool
Boa noite ótimo final de semana abraço
All that machinery when a simple car jack would do the same job. The people who invented these things have way too time on their hands.
The blue car has no engine, no wonder it's easy to raise!
the guy lifting the car while wearing flip-flops doesn't exactly inspire safety in mind..
They’re safety flip flops. Very expensive 😂
Cabin ANNA at half a million dollars!? LOL forget it!! hahaha
O que eu mais gostei foi da pazinha de colocar pneu. Vou indicar para o meu amigo Tião da borracharia.

The reason I watched the video. Because of the vehicle jacks that would not be good for lifting heavy vehicles.

Pregunta sobre el dispositivo con hierro sobrante para levantar el automóvil. ¿Es sólo con fuerza manual? ¿Usa algún motor? Es genial.Muchas gracias.
6:00 i never like the idea of lifting the car on that spot, it can damage alot. the car has not without reason lifting points.
Hint this genius mechanism will also blow your oil or transmission pan.

Some are to costly to make
