- The construction sector is constantly switching to new methods thanks to developing technology. These innovations allow us to build faster and safer structures. In addition, construction workers use clever techniques. In this video, we talk about some incredible techniques and technologies used in the construction sector. You may be seeing them for the first time.
Construction is a very general concept. This includes construction technologies, 3D printing, prefabricated construction, robotic construction, smart materials, biomimicry, modular construction, drones, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, nanotechnology. In addition to these, the interesting techniques used and the construction technologies of the future are incredibly perfect. Thanks to these technologies, the construction sector is becoming more sustainable, more efficient, and more innovative. In the future, construction processes will accelerate, costs will decrease, and more complex and original designs will be possible. If you are looking for sustainable solutions in your construction projects, continue watching our videos.

Yeah, before you install one of those solar tunnel things to get more natural light into your home - ask your upstairs neighbors first. Mine got really upset.
Ya some people are quite territorial 😀
I installed a couple of those solar tubes, but they only worked during the day. What a waste!
It's called daylight robbery
😁🤣
Roflmbo
Wow that solar tube, what an innovation, or at least it was in the 1980's .
I installed solar tunnels way back in the early 70's and it wasn't a new idea then.
Those solar things have been around decades.
The residential construction industry is notoriously SLOW at adopting new technology compared to many other industries. Here in the UK the insurance industry doesnt like "non-standard construction" and in most cases this makes it hard to take out a mortgage.
I agree with you having worked in the construction industry, mainly the residential sector. The most inventive people I discovered were the site labourers who came up with the craziest ideas of how to build in anything but approved methods to suit themselves in order to get finished as soon as possible. If only the mortgage lenders knew, hey? The "snagging" videos from inspectors are evidence of this, all over TH-cam. I'm glad to be out of the business today.
Often that is for very good reasons.
But when cyclones come..... everything ready to go aways. Really easy but not strong enough. 😢😢😢😢😢
3:18 dude was handling and cutting fiberglass insulation barehanded!
& without respirator... yikes!
4:03 "Monolithic floors, used in Italy since the 1960s, are one of the main reasons for floor collapse. This phenomenon is known as 'sfondellamento pignatte.'"
We didn't have such experiences in Croatia.
2.40 Mortar or Mortar?
"These innovations allow us to build faster and safer structures." Just how fast do you want your structures to go?
very good, perfect
That roof wouldn’t stand up to ice dams.
MEHMET YAŞA MERHABA İPSALA EDİRNEDEN SELAMLAR"
5:18 is not reinforced concrete, it’s some sort of EIFS surface treatment.
Most of this rubbish wouldn't be allowed here in the UK. We build our houses to last hundreds of years, not fifty.
That green roof at 8.37 looked like modula plastic. So can any one say if it is non combusable as has been seen in oyhrt plasitc roofing it drops blasing plastic when burning and melts when hot in contact with fire. Reminds me of the UK Orow glass disaster.
Great roofing product. If it’s installed right I’ve ripped too many of them off you’re only as good as your installer.
ok so you stop water coming thru wall at that point, so you havnt stopped the water . you just stopped at that point disaster.
The sun tunnels work really great but sometime fill with dead bugs.
My husband and i built a home in the 1990s we installed ( ourselves) in an interior bath on the 2nd floor, and it worked wonderfully and no bugs. If yours got dead bugs in it, it was most likely installed improperly with leaks as your problem.
Sorry you had an issue with yours, but I'd install another today if I had a room with no natural light abilities.
A lot of this stuff looks cheap and crappy. That rubbermaid looking roof tile is a hard pass.
Lego build
2:42 Oh, it can be applied without mortar or mortar. Good to know!
Désolé mais le plancher poutrelles et hourdis terre cuite n’est pas la meilleure solution pour le phonique.
The concrete filled "cassettes" are not new and some systems use polystyrene moulds.
Someone keeps turning the natural light off at night
I was (trying to ) sell "Solar Tunnels" back in 2010-they are not new.
미국에서 나온 방법이니까 이정도지, 중국에서 사용했으면 또또 대륙의 어쩌고 하면서 사장될 기술들이었다...아휴...
hell nah!
What's the deal with that concrete slab home they raised to a two story? How do they park their car in the garage on the second floor? And solar tubes? Those been around for decades. This video has just about lost me at 3 minutes in.
I prefer houses out of wood by moonwood as used by the Austrian company Holz100. It is a fact that live prolongs about 10 years if you live in a house built completely out of wood.
Evidence?
Buddy got glue all over the brick face.
It's okay the painter's can fix it 😂😂😂
There is nothing aesthetic at all about the plastic looking Stofix cladding.
Подобное строительство явно не для Российской погоды
2:35 When, in France, we see the damage caused to American homes after a hurricane, we forget that very often these villas are built with paper and spit ! 😥
❤👍👍👍
This video is waste of time... :/
Good comments guys you got me off to a happy start to to the mornimg. Lol
🆒😎👍
bhhhho
Great video. We as humans can be so creative in so many areas, yet we are in so much shit as a species. Let's replace the politicians with the creative minds.
Ahhh, you are underestimating the politics of creative minds😊
@@sbybill3271 Maybe so.
I used to love watching this kind of video but because 75% of everything interesting shown by them is unavailable or unaffordable in the USA I've grown to hate them for wasting my time.
And yet you watched it all 😂😂😂😅😊
@@sbybill3271 No, after I remembered how bullshit these thing are I hit pause, typed my message and left. I'm always looking at new construction ideas so I'll probably get suckered again for a minute or two.
@big6316 Now a day's everyone comments without watching the full contents.
Please tell me the name of that roofing tile system with hidden nails and where to buy it. Thanks
