1:15:17 The craziest part of all of this, was that during the fight, Manfroy got Adept and put Leif at 3 HP. Earlier, Leif had a lover's conversation with the substitute Jeanne, giving him +5 HP. So if he had not done that conversation, then he would have died to Manfroy. On top of this, the +5 HP is a bonus given only by Jeanne. If Leif has his lover's conversation with Nanna, he gets +3 Defense. So realistically, the substitutes saved the game.
And this allows Leif to kill Manfroy, after which Julius kills Jeanne for retaliation, which results in Leif having some GOOD OLE' FASHIONED REVENGE by the end. This one and Thracia 776 playthrough created one hell of a storyline for Leif, didn't it?
I mean, he got to 3 HP because he was already hurt. If Leif didn't have that support conv and he was in kill range Excelblem would have healed him before attacking again and the outcome would stay the same
I love seeing the end parts of these where its always "I made a dumb but funny decision 9 chapters ago and now that the consequences are here I have incredibly complicated strategy I'm going to employ to get my self out of it."
50% plot 25% "I let Sigurd/Seliph handle it" 10% unintentionally getting a unit killed 5% intentionally getting a unit killed 5% incest 5% actual strategy
This video has taught me a lesson in how incest and generational wealth combined with skillful tax evasion can combat against child-sacrificing cultists.
"we have no inheritances and no holy weapons, nullifying the Genealogy and the Holy aspects of the title". So it's just Fire Emblem: of the War, which is actually kinda befitting
Ares, Altenna and Shanan are guaranteed holy weapons users... (Let's not count Altenna even holy weapon can't save her lol) I have not watched yet but I am already guessing what happens to these characters in this playthrough. Bless them.
I'm not sure if he could even finish the game in that state, not enough units to stand on endgame switches I think the only characters left to recruit are Dermott and Ced (Galzus requires Mareeta, Eyvel requires Sarah) Unless he also had some spares in jail
The troubadour Lewyn singeth: Jugdral, land of the holy weapons who decided they’re leaving for Yilsse, a land unable to escape from war. For so long as people conquer in self-defence, the sins of history are doomed to repeat… Long ago, conquering in offence has been common for generations between two sides: the basement dwelling Loptyrians of the Yied Desert, and the money laundering Jugudi of the mainland continent. Because of this long-standing tax evasion, or perhaps in spite of it, the Lopytrians founded the Empire of the Dark God, which the Jugudi tried to conquer in offence. The funding from the 12 Crusaders of Jugdral’s investments was whittled away by the Empire, who had obtained the favor of the Dark God. After years of capitalism and abusing the endless hordes of reinforcements the Crusaders had to grind the Empire's weapons, the Jugudi’s free market of Darna was finally capitulated. In response to this, an alliance of dragons-Naga, Salamander, Forseti, and other random dragons no one bothered to mention-rose up against the Empire. Forming a blood pact between 12 Crusaders in exchange for their stocks, the dragons taught them the art of self-defence. With it, the Jugudi pushed back, slaying the local earth dragon who went mad with dark power and whose power of market corrections is unrivalled. In the process, the Crusaders had accidentally toppled the Loptyrian’s secret plans of kidnapping children and forcing them on their own free will to fight unsuspecting travellers lost in the fog in sidequests-all in self defence. And so, at least 100 years have passed since the fall of the Loptyrian’s economy…and with it, the dawn of serious relations between two pairs of half-siblings who just so happened to be related.
Very good content as always! Have you thought of giving the fire emblem shadow dragon in fates mod a shot? It would effectively combine the two most successful runs on the channel, and I think it would be very fun both for you and your viewers. Of course I suggest this for the future, as I think that you understandbly want some deserved rest from the channel.
Please include the music that you are using in future videos! I hear so many good tracks in the background and I can't ever find them to listen to the whole song!
What I find worse is his final rankings are just SLIGHTLY worse than mine, being E at survival instead of D. And I actually tried while using normal children. I never should be allowed to play FE again.
i dunno if You're gonna see this Exelblem but if You do, can You share where You got Your mask/what make it is? its super cool but ive not been able to find one like it. awesome run btw :3

excuse me? Emperor Seliph "the accidental" of the Grandvallian Empire.
Quan getting the Magorn kill and breaking the plot by complete accident is probably the highlight of the run.

The dedication to putting the fitting sound effects every time there’s a fight on screen is honestly impressive

Moral of the story: everything is ok as long as you call it self defense.
Seeing the turn count of 2819 turns had me wheezing

Julius and Arvis seem like wacky guys, I wonder what cheeky things they'll get up to

"The worst Fire Emblem 4 playthrough ever." *Gets an overall D rank instead of the possible E rank. 🤔
Taking away the slight bit of satisfaction from getting the lowest rank makes it even worse, I suppose.

Fire Emblem: The War
istg this cracked me up so much when I finally got to that part of the video LMAO may be the most underrated joke in the entire run
It's not conquest, it's self-defense.
Total Loptyrian Death

killer bow adventures

Many of them are either from Three Houses or the FE Premium Arrange
Tellius take next!
Genealogy of the Horsey War. The giant maps are cool but I think the game would be more fun if they were smaller, well less centralised on horses.
Now do Path of Radiance and Radiant dawn in the worst way possible.
impossible, Radiant Dawn already IS the worst way possible
