Boonie Packer Better-Mag adapter - Follow up Review and Setup overview

Been awhile since I did unboxing and overview of the Boonie Packer Better-Mag Adapter so wanted to follow up to let you know it runs like a champ. The adapter slides right into your standard AR magwell allowing use of the MP15-22 mags. MP15-22 mags are deemed to be the better of the AR 22LR so this adapter provides increased reliability to you AR22 setup. As will all 22LR ammo can play a factor. I mainly ran CCI and Aquila successfully. Eley had issues cycling. Outside of that Better-Mag is good to go.

Have you had any issues with dropping the bolt? I have 2 lowers (anderson and ADM) and both have difficulty in dropping it, with the ADM right side lever not being usable at all.
The steel insert has some up and down slop, so perhaps it's out of spec.

Only time I ran into that issue the adapter was pushed too high. Once it was pushed down until it stopped on mag release it functioned fine. I haven’t tried on Ambi lower just yet as I don’t own one but eyeing picking one up here soon. I’ll test fitment on that once I pick it up.
