In the DF campaign, Eternus ends up not being exactly an enemy anymore. She is more of chromies rival now if anything. So Eternus being there with others she could have persuaded is not exactly impossible.
a great move blizzard made with this. i hope that this leveling is more effective then dungeon leveling. Its a Nightmare for new Players to do Leveling Dungeons because everyone rushes to the end
Hard to say. Since this is old content, we think people are still going to rush through the dungeons. That seems to be the permanent state in WoW these days. That said, we agree that dungeons are really overwhelming for new players who may not have experience with this genre.
All those missing item slots (rings, trinkets, etc.) are filled by doing various achievements, most of them involving Dungeons, Raids, or "clearing" each zone of all quests.
Great video! I love how you answered all the little questions I still had about gold, heirlooms, and jewelry slots. I hope the WoW team decides to keep this game mode, moving forward, as an alternative way to play WoW. (It wouldn't hurt the competitive aspects of the main game as it is entirely separate.)
To the valid point of not wanting to leveling another alt, level an opposite faction toon that you might not be able to unlock otherwise. Seems like it could open up opposite faction items, achievements, mogs, etc.
I hope this will be the new way to level up. Like how Black Desert has seasonal character slots that gives you gear and lvls faster to reach endgame faster. Spamming dungeons is so dull
Can you buy Plate xmog sets on lets say a Mage and add them to your collection to use on your retail plate wearers? Or do you have to actually buy them on a plate user in panda remix to acquire them?
Question Couldn't find information about this topic. If I will create a horde charscter and my friend will create alliance, will we be able to play together ( raid, run dungeons, etc.)? Does faction really matters in this version of the game as it used to be in pandaria or is it like in retail?
If you delete your Time running character after it has been carried over to your main account, will you then also lose all transmogs / mounts etc. that the character unlocked?
@@WoWatNight In your opinion, realistically, are we going to be able to collect all of the mounts/pets/toys if we don't worry about gear? Been playing WOW since well before MOP and I still don't have those rare drop mounts so that is my goal.
If they increase bronze rewards a bit, probably. It also depends on how many times the event surfaces a year. Some events include a quest for a big bonus up front to encourage people to play them.
@@WoWatNight I guess it is possible to run a couple of alts to do these big events to earn enough bronze to get everything. Gonna be a busy few months. LOL
You play on the same servers, it doesn't work like Plunderstorm. When the event ends (they are limited time events), your character moves over to regular retail WoW.
@@WoWatNight honestly, I’d love to see BC get some love. I know during WOD they did a great job reimagining outlands but it would be cool to see outlands get some modern touches. It’d be a blast to go blow up gruul or magtheridon again. Even black temple or hyjal would be fun to see again.
I know a lot of people in my guild are not happy about season4 content, this could be a breath of fresh air in a stale season with revisited dungeons and raids
Opting in changes the dynamic of being Locked into Pandaria and it being its own event with new spells and ways of gaining items and levelling. I got up to 60 pretty dam quick.
That fix sounds good to me. I now play only a single character and don't want to level another character I will delete just to farm cosmetics. Just let me copy my main. I am hoping that we can do the challenge mode. Its something I didn't do at the time because I didn't think I was good enough. Now I do +20's and find challenges fun at times. My biggest worry is two limited time events with fomo items happening back to back like this. I want to spend my time playing wow not forced into alternative game modes all the time to earn rewards for the main game.
Sorry to let you down, but S4 starts in a little over 24 hours, and Timerunning has not been announced. It will not start until at least one week after 10.2.7 lands, which is probably over a month away.
Oh nooo the mount slaves are upset. Muh unavailable mount will be available again. For a time. Then it goes back to being your precious. You've had exclusivity on it for like 10 years plus. Was that not worth it to you? People and their mounts. Smh.
I played MOP live and I know for a fact I did more dailies in this expansion then ever before or since - also raided the most this xpac - so - I don’t know about going back …..
Heroic dungeon scaling seemed a little.. broken, but I hadn't got the jewelry stuff yet, was still levelling, and I think having heroic dungeons available to level in compounded the scale issues. That said, I don't think much is intended to be challenging - it's unlikely heroic raids will be progressed like retail, for example. (There was a realm first mythic garrosh announcement in game towards end of the 2 day test.. 😂 )
We started late, but the dungeons and scenarios we did were super easy. Honestly, some of the mobs in the world were more threatening in packs than any of the queued content.
Another mode many people won't care about being painted as more content for the main game. It's fine that they roll out something like this, but don't call it a patch for the retail game. It isn't. Just like plunderstorm, this is a bandaid for not having any more content for dragonflight.
No. Absolutely not. The cogwheel gems is fun for an event but if you start putting it in live you start losing all class identity. Trust me. It ruined Guild Wars 2 and almost ruined Warframe. One of the big things WoW has over the competition is strict fantasy role playing elements. Muddying the waters will make it just another game in the pile of vacuous tripe.
Tbh, they lost me with timerunning not being a much faster leveling experience than normal. I had plans to level up a few characters to learn them and potentially pick one or two up later. Very very disappointing. I didn't touch Plunderstorm even once, and I probably won't touch this either.
Watching you running around one shotting everything doesn’t look fun at all. Evidently most seem to like that. But I definitely do not. If I wanted ARPG combat I would go play an ARPG.

Yeah, but it's a bit unusual for people who have been playing the entire time with stuff to go in those slots.
@@WoWatNight Oh for sure, but you CAN fill them. They just bury that fact in the Achievement menu, which is a strange choice.
It's an odd choice for sure. The gems probably could have been in the trinkets rather than scattered about the armor pieces.

No desire at all to level a toon in DF but more than happy to max out 5 or more through a MoP remix. I'm ready to see it go live.
Yeah MoP was pretty good.
Getting ready to go into WW with an absolute army of max level alts

That is the plan for 11.0, but we're not sure if that's in for MoP Remix or not.
How do raids work? Are they on a weekly lockout? Can you group alliance and Horde together like in retail?
Not sure yet, as these will be limited time events and we don't know what the actual limited time is.
Question

In raid and dungeons yes, out in the world no.
@@WoWatNight Thanks for answering man. So I guess it better to create characters of one faction.
We try to get to as many comments as we can!
If your remix character gets full 556 gear (which will be higher than anything in S4) will that ilvl also move to retail or will it be scaled down?
That info hasn't been released.
If you delete your Time running character after it has been carried over to your main account, will you then also lose all transmogs / mounts etc. that the character unlocked?
Transmogs are account wide.
Is the bronze account bound or character bound? Would be nice to run a bunch of alts and pool the bronze.
Doesn't look like it is, but this isn't the final iteration on the mode.

Probably about 12 weeks of Season 4. Maybe they will put expansions on rotation in the future.
this is amazing for as new player, is there mythic+ dungeons?
Nope!
When does time running release?
One week after 10.2.7 drops.
As for when that will happen, we don't know yet! A few weeks to a month from now, probably.
might be a dumb ? but will our character be transferred to our realm with all of our other characters?
You play on the regular realms, you're just locked in the MoP areas. When the events end your char is moved over to regular retail.
@@WoWatNight so it stays in the realm it’s in , and doesn’t get sent to your realm with other characters
Did you see our reply? "When the events end your char is moved over to regular retail." When the event ends, it joins your other characters.
You cannot transfer the character to normal servers even after you hit max level ?
i believe they stated that the characters would be available for use in the 11.0 patch. Not sure about the finer details though.
