Even more, every day russians fire rockets and drop bombs at civilian places such as hospitals , kindergartens, power stations. So why are saying that both armies are doing the same "things"? It is simply not true because russians do exactly the same what Hitler did against civilians during WW II.

His wasn't the first, sadly. UXO clearing is a very dangerous job, with a few deaths a week when you have to clear an area the size of much of Ukraine. It'll also likely take decades before most of the UXO will be cleared. Europe still hasn't fully cleared the remnants of WWI's UXO, for example, and a few farmers a year lose their lives at France's Zone Rouge.

Hopefully the residents list every single spoon and fork stolen. Because if Russia ever, after a change in leadership, wants to return to doing trade with the West, it must pay reparations to Ukraine. The value of those forks and spoons will be included in the amount being billed. Of course it's also possible Russia will never want to trade or interact with the West again. In that case it would be a wasted effort, but you never know.

Of course there's a chance the Russian leadership doesn't care and prefers to cut all the possible ties with the West, thus allowing them to keep the citizens in tighter shackles. After all, it's from the West the ordinary Russians got ideas of freedom, democracy, human rights, and all the other things that dictators hate.

Been following this war closely. I wonder what those in East Ukraine who wanted to breakaway would still have to say about the Russians now that they know the beasts they truly are.
The most aggressive where the DONBAS SOLDIERS ALONG WITH KADIROVITS AND WAGNER. BEING BRAINWASHED FOR 8 YEARS SO THEY HATE UKRAINIANS.
Likely they wouldn't change their minds even after seeing clear evidence of the atrocities and war crimes.
They believe a lot of this is fake and propaganda by Ukraine. It's very hard to convince people who have already made up their mind before you even ask them.
Lots of people here in the U.S. that are like that. Even after clear evidence has been shown they still don't change their position.
Most of those who wanted to "break away" were Russians who were shipped into Ukraine by Putin specifically to give him an excuse to invade it later.
Just think of all the military equipment left behind in Afghanistan was sent to Ukraine instead.
I don't see why not, it's convenient and the weapons didn't need to take that month or so long journey across the ocean.

If anyone has to clear such a building, charges are usually low power, intended to maim rather than kill. As a result, a brick on a rope can be thrown into a position where possible booby traps can be disrupted without danger, and a broomstick used to push things away can help - a small hook screwed in the end can also help lift. Pressure pads are more complicated: never assume anything is what it appears to be.
Another essential is paint: if the door's been painted with an agreed "safe" sign, it can be used, and the room beyond - and only that room - has been cleared.

So whenever Russians occupy your town , and then leave, but did NOT take a large appliance - chances are, it's booby-trapped.
The friendly ones who came in first were probably conscripts leading forward advance , the mobsters who followed are the regulars.

After the Russian invasion of Crimea, Putin was still considered to be civilised president and the West did business with Russia.
