Knowing how sharp and heavy the timber pilot is and watching it bounce off that wood is something else!! Thanks for taking us along Mr Brian 👍👍💪👊

@andrewscott2866 I messaged Mr. Casterman about that very thing Andrew, this tree is and was an anomaly. Very good observation Mr. Andrew, I am glad you watched sir...

That is some of the hardest wood I can remember seeing, I didn’t think you would ever split it. That Casterman ax is wonderful

Looks like a Chopin axe short handle

Good evening sir. This is a custom build splitting axe at 27.5 degrees, a high center line, larger poll with Tasmanian traits. 5lb 10oz total weight, the handle at 29", it will chop.
I fell this tree with the axe. I speak on it in the voice-over, and then later speak on it @38:38.
There is a link in the description to the website and my TIMBERPILOT playlist.
      Thank you for watching...

Mr. Matt, Virginia pine is the world's hardest softwood (humor)...it took me 26 minutes plus to chop the first two notches in log two...glad you watched sir...
