They may be villains but these songs have an irresistible tune! For this list, we’re taking a look at broadway villain songs that we just can’t get out of our heads, sung by the show's antagonist. We’ve included songs from shows like Annie, Hamilton, Chicago, Anastasia, Shrek, Into the Woods and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.

Thank you for giving props to Norm Lewis. One of my favorite broadway stars, in one of the best broadway villain songs.

Oh good, I'm not the only one who hears it that way! I'm glad.
Let's be honest, we all came here for King George.
Edit: I don’t understand after 2 years why you guys are still replying to this, or why this comment even got so much attention. I know some of you don’t like King George. It’s a joke lmao. Anyways, hope you guys are staying safe during covid.
Okay, this is true. For me, definitely.
Yes indeed we did good sir. I'm glad you as well are a man of culture. //tips fedora//

I was so expecting “Meant To Be Yours” (Heathers: The Musical) and “Alive” (Jekyll & Hyde) to be on here.
Meant to be yours is more of a villain song than Candy Store, Especially since the heathers aren’t the main villains.
MusicalLover Covers ITS ALSO BETTER (just my opinion)
I love Meant To Be Yours! In Jekyll and Hyde I can't decide between Alive and Confrontation.
Ace Nobility The context of Meant To Be Yours is literally a crazy boy begging his then-ex to blow up the school with him. Why isn’t that song here?
Same!
"The pitiful children" deserved at least a honourable mention
Ik I was hoping it would be here
That wasn’t on broadway yet
@@camerontoddescamilla As far as I know has Heathers never been on Broadway so that shouldn't be a problem
HONESTLY LIKE CMON
YES AND UPGRADE
Heather's is a realistic highschool depiction... well ok I've heard everything now
Yeah, yah know cause killing 3 people and burning down a house is NORMAL
Ava Wilson what no one burns down a house in heathers lmao
Ava Wilson burning a house is be more chill
I'd say the way the characters speak is more accurate than a lot of other media about high schoolers, the actual events are not realistic but the Heather's dialogue isn't too far off how someone in that position might speak
They weren’t talking about the musical as a whole
Although Heathers was off broadway, I find J.D’s “Meant to be Yours” is such a great song. J.D isn’t necessarily the villain but he does have his moments and I absolutely love his arc.
I think JD more than qualifies as a villian. I mean the whole song he is basically begging his ex to help him blow up the school.
JD isn't necessarily the villain?? He wants to blow up the school with everyone inside 💀
I'm here because of Jonathan Groff
Update: Guys,so many of us,this is pretty awesome
Me too
Same XD
Jonathan is amazing
Isn’t everyone ^__^

The funny thing is that King George was in the musical like... three times😂
Vkook he was sat there for Adams administration and was featured in the Reynolds pamphlet
samtiger 74 Oh really? Sadly I didn't see the musical, I only have the CD
Armyyyyyy
Well, after "I Know Him," he becomes part of the audience, taking up a seat just off stage. Then he gets in on the fun of mocking Hamilton in "Reynolds Pamphlet." That part was improvised by Groff, but it stuck.
AtarahDerek Like I said : I've sadly never seen the show
How is the Phantom an Anti-Hero??? While Javert is considered a Villain? Even Valjean doesn't consider Javert to be a villain. All Javert ever did was try to enforce the laws of his country - lawful good to a fault. Meanwhile the Phantom murdered multiple people, several hundred counts of attempted murder, kidnapping, etc... and not in the service of good, but in the service of himself.
The Phantom and Javert are pretty much the same villain type, but with some differences: they are doing something that puts them against the protagonist (Christine, Jean Valjean) because they thing they are right to do it (Erik because he trained Christine and because the world owns him something since it was cruel to him; Javert because he's in the side of law and Jean Valjean is a criminal, regarless if he's a good person), and at the end they both realized they were wrong.
I thing the difference is that The Phantom is a protagonist character (I mean, the play is called after him, lol) but Javert is the antagonist in Jean Valjean's story, and he's a main character.
I like the Phantom. I hate Javert !
Adding onto Kanaid Black’s point, it’s just like Sweeney Todd, I mean the protagonist is a guy who murders dozens of people, but he’s still the protagonist. And we root against the guy who put him in jail, just because he put him in for the wrong reasons.
@@KanaidBlack
Um... I'll agree they're the same because they share the issue of obsession. However, Javert is stuck in his view that no one can change and that any wrong for any reason is equal -- cold-blooded murder is the same as stealing bread for survival. Where as the Phantom is a twisted product of being a cast off of society, obsessed over what he has never had, and he murders innocents, while also kidnapping and seducing a teenage girl before he finally just gives up. Which is kinda like Javert, when he realizes that the world isn't just black and white, but I cannot say he was worse than the Phantom. The Phantom was a horrible person who did horrible things & his redemption at the end was too little, too late.
achanwahn Okay, don’t be mad please, because I know some people will get angry at me most likely but I gotta say this. The phantom didn’t understand how to love, which he was indeed obsessed, I won’t argue there but he didn’t understand what to do with it. The phantom had been an outcast for his whole life, his mother even sold him to the circus to entertain others, and the man who worked there forced girls to kiss the phantom after showing his face. When he finally meets someone, named Christine at first he was a simple teacher to her, but soon that turned to love and since he didn’t understand this, it was actually obsession. I don’t hate the phantom because it seems people don’t understand what life put him through, he felt he deserved some happiness which I don’t blame him. But to add onto that hurt, Christine tears off his mask to reveal his horrid disfigurement, twice in the musical and someone gets in the way of their love. He starts going mad, and people won’t listen to his letters, which doesn’t help keep peace, he’s starting to kill people, and probably killed in the past, not certain there I admit. In the end he has a realization after Christine kisses him, which makes him realize that quite possibly he’d never feel happiness and he must accept that, and it seemed he never got the happiness he deserved. That’s just my take on it though, can’t really be sure but I feel- bad for the phantom, though he had no right to kill those people he didn’t know how to react properly, though the story isn’t real. Since it isn’t real I feel that Christine could’ve possibly changed him for the better in due time, because it’s fantasy- I don’t believe there was an actual opera house with a disfigured man living under it. So, Christine could’ve changed him for the better, that’s just my take though on the whole thing, other then that I love that musical and plan to see it in July.
"You'll Be Back" Is only NUMBER 6!?!?!?!?

Insaaaaane~
'The room where it happens' feels exactly like a Disney villain song to me. Burr wasn't really a villain though, just an antagonist, or I would have expected that one here.
It doesn’t deserve number 1 but it should’ve been higher
Is King George really the villain of Hamilton? I mean, he showed up like 3 times... I always thought Burr was technically the villain, since he literally calls himself "the villain in your history" near the end of The Word Was Wide Enough. I feel like Wait For It should've been in You'll Be Back's place on this list, but hey, that's just my opinion. (granted, I have listened to Hamiton at least 25 times all the way through)
edit: hey this is like a year, probs almost 2 old and ik that king george was the villain in this side of history, but my comment was more about Burr being the "villain" in the musical since King George as a character was more set-dressing than he was an actual character.
edit 2, 5/18/21: i am literally not looking for a discussion on who the villain is LMAO please
Burr wasn't the villain sure he did a few bad things but so did Hamilton
If they're counting Javert as a villian, then I'd agree. But with Aaron Burr....what song do you pick??
King George is the primary antagonist in Act 1, and Burr is a secondary antagonist (after Jefferson) during Act 2, I believe
To be completely honest, Jefferson was kinda the Umbridge of the Hamilton fandom, a character you could easily hate on, but is played by a person who you can’t hate on.
@@Potterhead-wg7vz I actually find it difficult to hate on Jefferson. He has so much swag, it's too much fun. Madison I can hate on....and also Hamilton in Act 2!

@@whyisno4630 neither was Heathers
When I saw King George from Hamilton I got so excited 😆
Wait they put on Candy store but not I was meant to be yours from Heathers? I was meant to be yours established how JD became a true psychopathic villain.
gamingkitten93 uhu!!
Meant to be yours is way more epic than candy store! Candy store is really good but it's not epic... And JD is indeed the true villain of the musical
They should’ve used Meant To Be Yours though lmao
They shouldn't have used either of them, as Heathers isn't a Broadway show.
Candy store is better tho
Candy Store is amazing. The harmonies alone make it deserving of being on this list.
*I see Hamilton, I click.*
yeet me into a ceiling fan hello fellow panromantic demisexual
I was hoping “The Pitiful Children” would’ve at least been in the honorable mentions. It’s so catchy and BMC deserves more than it got
From Heathers, the real villan IS JD, and god, "Meant to be yours" surely is THE villan song from heathers
Actually, he counts more of an anti-hero or a hero turned villain type of character. Throughout the musical, though, the Heathers were the true villains. Everything they did or happened to them has a significant effect on the rest of the school and JD is not excluded from that effect. Let's just say that the Heathers cruelty to the other students, especially Veronica, further amplified JD's twisted ideals. Unlike JD, the Heathers are well aware of their evilness while JD thinks he's doing the right thing.
Alex Alson JD was insane from the beginning (I'm sure that he would have shot Kurt and Ram in front of the cafeteria, but of course, that would have been the shortest movie/musical ever) of course, the heathers were villains, but secondary villains, although their intentions surely weren't good, the character who always was a real threat (to veronica and the whole school) from beginning to end throughout the entire thing, was JD, heck he even was willing to kill veronica if she tried to stop him from blowing up the school, although yeah, we could say he "turned into a villain" but for me at least, isn't a "turned into" but more "shows to be the real villain" that's why "meant to be yours" should have been there, it evidences JD's insanity, what he is capable of, and surely kicks candy store's ass when talking about villain songs, that's why I really love Heathers, it makes you think that the heathers are the bad guys and everything (that's why they are on the title, right?), until Chandler dies, that's when you realise how twisted the thing is going to be
FallenAngel7538 Okay, I can whole heartedly agree with you, after rewatching the musical just now.
FallenAngel7538 Trueeeeeee
Alex Alson Jason "anti hero" Dean killed 2 students, and tried to blow up the school. He also manipulated Veronica to take part in the murders, and Heather Duke to become the queen bee and bully Heather M into attempting suicide. That sounds more like villain than anti hero
I’m kinda dissapointed that they chose Cell Block Tango, I don’t think the murderesses were the actual villains of the story.
true, but im satisfied with it
Liam Solbjerg same
TRUE
True the villain is technically the jury
Liam Solbjerg i personally consider roxie the villain of chicago and i think the song roxie is an amazing villain song. Also the musical version of the song is way better.
UMMM WHAT HAPPENED TO “PITIFUL CHILDREN”
Ladies if he doesn’t send fully arm battalions to remind you of his love he ain’t the one
boys: write that down write that down ✍🏾
I guess "Wait For It" straddles the line between a villain song and a power song, because otherwise it would totally be number one on this list.
AtarahDerek that’s exactly what I was thinking.
AtarahDerek actually, none of Burr's songs would qualify. Burr is not truly a villain, just an antagonist. You can be one, you can be both, or neither.
I never saw it as either.
AtarahDerek she said anti hero is ruled out. Same reason music of the night isn't on the list
wait a minute, I don't want to watch the video, but what MANIAC puts Wait For It on a Broadway Villain Songs list? The Room Where It Happens, sort of...maybe. A little. What'd I Miss? sure. You'll Be Back. Fine. But I hardly think it qualifies as a villain song.
Bottom Line, Candy Store, (The Legend of) Miss Baltimore Crabs, You'll Be Back, *AND* Cell Block Tango? This video is AMAZING!
Marlissa L Garcia BUT WHERE IS PHANTOM?!
I’M CRYING! 😖
I see Jonathan Groff as King George, I click.
For Heathers I thought it would be "Meant to be yours"
(Also she means normal as in how mean girls act)
I love how Anastasia is mentioned it’s such a good musical
The Neva flows is one of my favorite broadway villain songs
Alexandra A I FREAKED out. Ramin is my idol, and I love his Gleb
Bailey Bieganek Ramin is my favorite male musical theater actor.
MWN yeah he's amazing isn't he? Like, I love a lot of musical theatre actors but I don't know if I've loved one as long and as much as I love him! And he's just killing it career-wise so yay!
I love the Neva Flows but I feel as a villain song, Still would have worked better because it really shows his conflict and in the live production before he sings, he’s on the phone with his boss going over what to do with Anastasia. But I really do love ramin I’ve seen him twice in Anastasia and once in Carnegie Hall and I hope he comes back soon
My favorite musical villain songs are..
Alive-Jekyll and Hyde
Heathers-Meant to be yours
Heathers-Candy Store
Yeah I was wondering why Jekyll and Hyde didn't make the list.

@@lyl9255 Possibly because this is a list of Broadway version. David Hasselhoff didn't do a good enough job to compare to those in the list. Tho I believe that Alive would be on the list if they use the concept album

The Smell of Rebellion
Be Prepared
Feed Me
The Pitiful Children

A few things here:
1. Heathers’s lead villain song is definitely “Meant to Be Yours”, but I agree that Candy Store is more iconic (and more fun tbh).
2. I love Last Midnight but it’s tough to call it a “villain song” because the witch isn’t really a “villain” in the musical.
3. If we’re going to count Stars as a villain song for Les Mis, then I’m sorry but Hamilton’s should’ve been “The Room Where It Happens”. It follows the exact same formula, with the “well meaning antagonist” expressing their personal ambitions and their strong dislike of the protagonist, whom they see as morally corrupt.
Its very easy
If I see anthing Hamilton related...
*I CLICK FAST*
Me too
Faster than Eliza falling for Alexander.
i actually think that "Love is an open door" is a legit villan song
It is, but I don't personally think it should be in the top ten.
As much as I adore 'Little girls', I still think 'Easy street' is a lot more villainous . (And catchy) .
Samuel Anderson I'm sorry that I can only like this comment once.
TOTALLY agree with this.
Totally agree. Plus the fact that THAT song had all THREE of the plays villains. As for "Stars" Javert wasn't completely a villain. I think "Master of the House" would have been more appropriate. And, another honorable mention; A story Told, from The count of Monte Cristo
Oh Yes ! , Master of the house is much more fun yet still quite dark !
I'm not that familiar with Hamilton songs but I LOVE 'You'll Be Back' 😁😁😁
Roan Hollinger. You should listen to the musical
Please listen to the soundtrack, you'll might like it
Roan Hollinger i
It's so good! you should give it a chance!
It’s my fave play. I know almost every word to most of the songs
Cell block tango always gives me chills
pov: your me happily screaming and running around your room because an anastasia song was finally in one of these even if it was just and honorable mention
Javier isn't Lawful Good, he's Lawful Neutral. His whole thing is "Follow the law, because it is The Law." Right and wrong don't enter into it.
In dnd, alignments aren't necessarily permanent. When Jean Valjean saved him, Javert started to question things, and was beginning the transition to LG. However, his commitment to law was so strong, that he saw the "good" as corruption, and destroyed himself rather than allow it.
No, they're not permanent, but for most of the play he was absolutely textbook LN. He had a very very black and white outlook on the world, and when that was challenged, he couldn't handle it. I'm not sure I agree that he was headed towards good, but his world view was definitely falling apart, and he killed himself as one last ditch attempt to hold onto it.
I wouldn’t necessarily call Javert a villain
Javier lol
Am I the only one who doesn't view Javert as a villain? Just a very confused man devoted to justice who has never been taught the value of grace.
You are not the only one, Javert infact is not a villain, he is just the main antagonist.
Ashley Penn sorry, hit by accident.
There are no villians on Les Mis. The point is, exactly, that every character is miserable, somehow a victim of life and/or decisions
"No villains in Les Mis"? What about the Thenardiers? No miserable situation is an excuse for cruelty, not to mention all the other crimes they committed despite already owning a somewhat popular tavern, so they're villains by quite literally every metric.
*sighs* I get so annoyed when people don't know Javert is not the villain. He's the impersonal hand of the Law. Clearly they know nothing of Javert!
Dentist from Little Shop is such a bop!
Burr is the main antagonist of the overall show.
King George is the antagonist of Act 1.
Jefferson (and Madison) are the main antagonists of Act 2.
But King George has the most villainous song in the whole play that's why it is on the list.
MY favorite musical villain songs:

I really like Crowe's version of stars. Not every villain has to be loud and angry. This was a soft telling of a villain who was so sure they were doing what was right but was confused about it. It gave a new side of the Javier character.

The only real villains in the story
I showed up here very late to say the same darn thing. Antagonist does not automatically mean villain!
Yea exactly. I know, what an absolute bastard for chasing down a criminal. How dare a policeman do his job. Obviously jean valjean is a good guy, but breaking parole is quite a big crime. Also, remember the fact that he was was born and raised in jail, so it’s understandable about his obsession
haven't even watched the video but just from looking at the title and thumb nail THERE IS NO VILLEIN IN HAMILTON! how many times do i literally have to say this.

UNDERRATED MUSICAL
My heart nearly stopped seeing Anastasia! Ramin did a phenomenal job- that musical deserves more credit!
I KNOW right? It's so unfairly underrated.
THANK YOU! PREACH!!!
RAMIN ❤️❤️❤️❤️ voice of an angel 😇 (best phantom ever)
You’ll be back is favorite song in Hamilton!!! King George is a cinnamon roll! 💕💕
I'm sorry!! I didn't see 'The Pitiful Children' on here at all!! Not even on the honorable mentions!!! till love this though.
1) heathers was off-broadway, not actual broadway. 2) why was alive only included in the clips?? it's way more of a villain song than stars. even as much as i love les mis, javert's just the antagonist of valjean, not a villain.
samantha kay ! Actually, Heathers was on Broadway but then it had some off-Broadway shows afterwards with a few different cast members. Hamilton also had some off-Broadway shows with not all of the original cast members. The scene they show while the Heathers sing candy store is from the Broadway show. The off-Broadway show has a different person playing Heather Chandler.
Exactly! I was so excited to see Alive! Jekyll and Hyde is so incredibly underrated.
Yes! Someone finally notes how great of a villain song Alive is!
@@jaedencoffey5514 actually that's not true?? Heather's was only off Broadway they just had a cast switch which is very common in musicals. The reason it is called "off Broadway" is just the size of the theater not having anything to do with the quality of the show. And in 2014 Heathers never switched theaters
Am I the only one who thinks Meant to be yours - Heathers should be here
Moonlightlove Msp Heathers wasn't on Broadway thought.
Moonlightlove Msp He's more of an anti-hero. He appears as a white Knight and transforms into the villain whereas the Heathers are the villains throughout.
Theodosia Burr- But Candy Store was in the list
Moonlightlove Msp heathers isn’t Broadway
It was said that they wouldn't add anti-hero songs
i was totally expecting one of regina georges's songs from mean girls, but not disappointed with the other choices
my favorite is the one sang by king gorge ''you'll be back'' like everyone else lol. did you know that king gorge from the original cast was Kristoff??? he rocked it
IT WAS NOT FAIR TO PUT KING GEORGE IN THE TNUMBNAIL AND DONT PUT HIM IN TOP-3
Диана Ямалтдинова in my opinion it should be number one
I literally only came for the Hamilton one
"Jonathan Groff wears the original Broadway crown" *shows Andrew Rannells' insta* lololol great pic tho, no complaints
I don’t really blame you because it’s so underrated in general, but Falcon in the Dive from the Scarlet Pimpernel deserves to be on here.

The first one from Newsies I was like.
I LOVE YOU.
It wasn’t on broadway yet when this video was made but the pitiful children is awesome
I have trouble with the way you pick who is the villain : if Javert's les Miz's villain, shouldn't Burr be Hamilton's ?
LMM said himself how connected these two characters were, and that the whole "I looked back on where I failed" is exactly the same melody as "I am reaching but I fall" !
If King George is, then surely, Master of the House would be a greater pick for les Miz' given how the Thenardiers are pictured are the only really bad guys from both book and musical.
And for that last Chicago song, even though I absolutely ADORE the Cell Block Tango, I'd pick so many songs as the "villain song" from this musical..."Honey of Mine", or even more "All he cares about is love"...
My thoughts exactly.
I would compare Javert’s “Stars” to Burr’s “Wait For It.”
Like Javert, Burr didn’t know he was the villain till the end.
Both songs give a little insight into how they developed their psychological issues. I listen to Stars and I think, “ He’s not a bad guy he just has OCD. He needs everything to be in the right place all the time.”
“Wait For It” is just Burr explaining why he is so methodical and wish-washy.
I love both songs so much!!!!
The King George one is awesome, but he’s not the villain. He’s a villain, but not THE villain.
Hell, Burr even says he’s the “villain in your story.”
I suppose because Burr doesn't acknowledge his villainy until after he kills Hamilton ("now I'm the villain in your history"). I don't really see Javert as a villain, though; he's just doing his job as a parole officer/Inspector, which is to bring to justice someone who has violated their terms of parole. Burr gets caught up in his political and personal rivalry with Hamilton, which leads to one big villainous moment.
Exactly : for me, none of them are villains, but if they would, Burr would be more villainous than Javert.
Even though when he says "now I'm the villain in your history" it's more like "I've made bad choices, and now history paints me as an asshole, but hear me out I didn't want to kill him, I said wait, but he was wearing his glasses, he's a good soldier, he will shoot, he always said he would not throw away his shot, I had to do it in self defense..." kinda.
I agree on the Master of the House thing! It would make a lot more sense for the Thenardiers to be spotted as the villains than Javert.
I was thinking "Tomorrow Belongs to Me" from Cabaret might be on here, but nah. Maybe that's getting too dark for MsMojo. Anyway I was iffy on the Javert one, too. Especially saying "Not everyone knows they're evil..." okay lol I definitely wouldn't say he was EVIL
I knew this wasn't gonna be on the list, but I think one of the most underrated villain songs is " you will still be mine" from waitress. It's lyrics are like a standard love song, but the music is so tense and dark. It really encapsulates the abusive relationship Jenna is going through.
Les Walking Dr. Musical Lover omg you are so right it is a villain song and it’s such a good one
I'm glad The Neva flows is here, even though I don't exactly see Gleb as a villian
HE HAD IT COMING HE HAD IT COMING HE ONLY HAD HIMSELF TO BLAMEEEE
He ran into my knife 10 times.
IF YOULDA BEEN THERE, IF YOULDA SEEN IT, I BETCHA YOU WOULDA DONE THE SAME!!!!!!!!!!!
Is it strange that I am attracted to all the women in Cell Block Tango?
Totally justified
Rachel Fifer no
Rachel Fifer not at all. In fact you are supposed to be attracted to them!
That's the point of them.
Rachel Fifer nope same
Dude, where’s JD? There should be freeze your brain or meant to be yours or I am damaged ?? He’s more of a villain than the heathers
JD wasn't a per say 'villian', the Heather's are the main antagonists. Ram nor Kurt were villians either. JD was just insane, and he only hurt Chandler, the main antagonist, so he wasn't a villian. Kurt and Ram were just the football douchebags every highschool setting has. The only antagonists were the Heather's, as they meant to hurt every around them. But I do see where you're coming from.
...He tried to detonate a school with hundreds of kids in it.
He's a villain dude.
@@lewdcynthia7264 I wasn't trying to be rude. You can think what you want, but JD wasn't the main villian, the Heather's were. I don't understand why you're getting offensive, 'dude'.
>dude
>offensive
Did you have a rough day? LOL
@@lewdcynthia7264 I don't believe I was addressing you in my first comment. Obviously, someone put you down today so know you gotta put someone else down, so I think it was you had a rough day LOL
Having read some of the comments, I'm jumping on the bandwagon and asking why "the pitiful children" isn't on here
You may have King George
but do you have
George Salazar? The one true king?
CANDY STORE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH HIGHER ON THE LIST
idk i find heathers to be really unoriginal in general soo..
Rainbow Pancakes I completely agree
I SO AGREE!!!!!!!
Yessss
Don't get me wrong, I adore Heathers. But all of the songs following Heathers til the top spot are incredible and well deserving.
Everyone is here for Hamilton and Healthers. I'm here to appreciate cell block tango
weirdo me. and Sweeney Todd 😍
Erica Bautista are you Filipino?
Erica Bautista I mean your last name sounds Filipino
weirdo I am actually hahah why?
Erica Bautista nothing just wondering
Where was Hellfire from the Musical The Hunchback of Notre Dame?
Unfortunately the hunchback never made it to Broadway but if it did Hellfire would be the undisputed number 1
@@paolamaria1992 That didn't stop Heathers from making it on the list despite never being on Broadway.
@@wilben8570 They specifically said that they only included songs from Broadway shows. If Heathers never were on Broadway, which I don't know, then they probably were included by accident.
* sees king george *

When they title it “broadway villains” but then they include heathers that didn’t play on broadway 🤨
Kit Kat it's off-Broadway, which counts
Lin S I got it I was just being a nit picky theater nerd and since she didn’t say it I had to call it out
Should've been on Broadway though :/
Saw my local high school's production of Little Shop of Horrors. It was actually really good, especially the kid playing the dentist. He really managed to sell the contrasting charisma and hateability.
It positively BAFFLES me how stage actors remember all those lines without messing up.
No Jekyl and Hyde...sad
It’s in the intro thing before at least
Yep, it needs a LOT MORE recognition
yay, another fan :D
Umm, I won't say the Broadway version of Hyde's song is good enough to be in the list... The concept album one will do, tho
Wonder why these didn't get mentioned?
.Me (Beauty and the Beast)
.When the Going Gets Tough (SpongeBob SquarePants Musical)
.It's All About the Green (The Wedding Singer)
.Sweet Child (The Little Mermaid)
.Life Life (Young Frankenstein)
.No Bad News (The Wiz)
Oh I love 'When the Going Gets Tough'
I absolutely love When the Going Gets Tough! I listen to it constantly to the point where my sister tells me to quiet down when I start whispering the lyrics
Sean Horace When the Going gets tough is my FAVOURITE!!!
They were in the movie first.
tHjhhHiSSSS TASK FORCE IS FOR LOSERS
Blood in the water and last midnight is great!
You forgot “World Burn” or “Someone gets hurt” from Mean Girls the musical. Those songs are super iconic.
