This was a stunning house that deserves to be kept for historical sake. Such a shame so many like this are being demolished. Thanks for watching, commenting and sharing mate, cheers
This was another surprise explore and not knowing what I was walking into, I recognized the gates from a mates night explore and thought I would go in. Great to see some of the features in this place and be able to date them. Thanks for checking this explore out. Really appreciate it, you are an explorer that I have much respect for so am stoked you checked out my channel, cheers
Yeah wasn't it though. Looked like it was seventies downstairs and forties art deco upstairs, very odd lay out as well, such a rabbit warren. Thanks for checking this explore out, cheers mate
Sadly this is up for demolishing as the land value is worth more than a house these days. The next video house explore is next door to this and it is also up for demo. There is also a service station and ten self contained little houses that are going with this this big demo site. The ten houses video I have lost along with a heap of other explores I did last month as last week my phone took a swim in the loo and I have lost everything. Some places have been demolished and others I will be able to go back to if I can find them. I usually just find these places driving around and don't record the addresses. I just do a video and leave. So learning a new phone and finding places is going to be a bit of a learning curve. Thanks for watching and commenting. Hope all is going well for you and Bethany. This last week has been so full on, loosing the phone was the least of it. Glad this full moon is over!
It was a stunning thing to see, so artistic. i hope they are salvaged and not lost to history. Thanks for watching and commenting. Welcome to my channel
It won't be long till it is gone I recon. I came across it when i had an hour to spare driving past and recognized the gates from your videos and then walked up started the camera and had no idea what i would find. It would have been a great house in it's day, full of activity with wine growing and bottling. The research from Urbex indigo was a great find. The next two videos are part of this explore. Thanks for watching and commenting
Will do. Just a bit nervous going into these type of places, never know what you will come across so looking everywhere. YT has the feature in settings where you can slow the video down, if that is helpful. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Yeah i thought it was a really odd to have such different architectural eras in the up stairs and downstairs. The up stairs 1948 the downstairs is seventies but bad taste seventies. It didn't seem to have been done with any thought to adding to the classiness of the upstairs. I know that the place was part home and part wine business, even though, I would have thought the downstairs would have been done with more of an eye. Thanks for watching and commenting
it does indeed however it wont get it as that whole corner block is going to be demolished for a high density housing development. This beauty will be lost forever. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Thanks for the video, I just woke up, have a nice day, Take care 😊
Thanks for checking this video out and for leaving a comment. Hope you are doing well.
such a shame to see a beautiful old house like this destroyed

wow what a find! A good builder could fix it up easy enough and make a fortune!

Love the Lino!!!! What a curious higgledy house! 🥰
The floor plan was so unusual, a real rabbit warren. Thanks for coming along on this explore

They shouldn't be allowed to list them as water fall style unless they actually come with a water fall.
Agreed. Thanks for watching and commenting. Welcome to my channel
Call Amy & Steve in on that one. That place is not empty. 🤔
i don't know the people you are referring to. Thanks for watching and commenting, welcome to my channel
GLOVES!!!! Xx please wear gloves!!
I do take gloves with me however I can't operate the camera with them on so have not been wearing them. Thanks for checking this explore out
Slow down and stop spinning around while filming.
Will do, thanks for the advice I have two other explores from the same day coming up so will be making changes in future videos
