It's.... well, questionable to say the least. So today we are venturing into a new theory land and creating an "invisible burger." Get ready for one TASTY meal!

Santi you are killing it my man!!!! Long time theorist here, but food theory quickly became my favorite of the channels after launch. And I have to say this was such a perfect passing of the torch!! All the new hosts are great, but you consistently deliver content that I enjoy as much and sometimes even more than MatPat’s episodes. Keep it up man!!!!

If you're ever interested, custom silicone molding has gotten really easy since 3D printing! I made custom chocolate molds for Valentine's Day with a $16 silicone kit from Amazon, and I imagine it'd let you make much bigger buns than the ice cube trays in the episode (with very little work). You wouldn't even need a 3D printer if you're fine with your buns looking like a cylinder (e.g. using the top of a Ponds cream container).
So invisible food is gonna be Santi's Christmas tree saga.

The issue with the burger is that you tried to make it in parts, instead what you need to do to preserve a lot of the flavor is that you need to make each part in layers, thin layers like a springroll wrapper, after you get a sheet of each ingredient you can fold it to the thickness you need, also that egging you used, stop that, what you need is to preserve some of the fats and apply it on the sheets to provide the deeper flavor. granted it would not be very transparent but it would taste a lot better and hold a lot better. Also i would incorporate Tapioca Flour in order to make the structure as it is relatively tasteless and allows the items mixed to retain their flavors. How i know this is that i like thin foods that can be wrapped or folded and have experimented with some less than appealing ingredients to make easy to handle snacks.

Clear steak dinner:closest I can see is benquit salsbury steak dinner, cook it and then use the excess gravy and then thin it with gelatin. But I’d say don’t drain out the excess meat chips/scrap as it gives flavor and unique taste.
For potatoes, go with thin potato chips.

And that could also be a good learning point for the "Christmas tree arch 2.0: Invisible food" episodes, because it will tell you what works and what doesn't when it comes to methods of clearifying food.
