Thank you for this. I don't have a magic circle, so I used a small ball and a short resistance band for some of the parts, and was able to get a good feel of working with a magic circle. Some portions like the rollovers and the lunges were too advanced for me, so I did some of the modifications. I appreciate that I was able to work out some muscles that I don't normally get to focus on. Also, I realized I still have a long way to go before I can do workouts with a magic circle.
I'm glad you made this class work! And when you're ready to get a magic circle there are other classes that don't include some of the more challenging exercises that were in this class.

I liked the exercises though I had no ring (of course, now I want one). I liked the back flips, I just always like such movements, it feels so flexing. I found it quite hard at times and had to stop. I like the way you do your videos Beth! I am a beginner but only follow you as you are exactly right for me. Thank you for this.

Yeah 🙌 now with a magic circle! The excercises with ring between the lower legs and flipping left to right and middle were too hard for me. The rest was nice.
I like working with the Magic Circle I moved well through most of the exercises but was a failure at the side position The flow was too quick for me and you were almost done when I finally got into position Guess I’m showing my age lol Enjoyed the workout

Sometimes hard to make transition from one position to the next, especially with the "magic circle" which can be difficult to control. YOU know where you are going next, but WE do not. Would appreciate a few extra seconds to reposition.
I generally love ring workouts. However, this one left me feeling more frustrated than anything. The transitions were too quick and many of the ring positions were awkward or downright painful. I love your channel and workouts, but this one did not work for me.

So glad the roll overs felt good. For mermaid you can try sitting on some blankets or having the back leg straight to the side/front.

Don’t have a ring so used yoga block! It was very challenging. I liked this work out a lot!!
Perfect! Sometimes a yoga block provides more stability with the exercises which is nice.

That is a tricky transition! It's always an option to opt-out of using the ring for some exercises too.
