Very nice comparison of these two kits 👍. Interesting to see that both companys share the same tool. I would prefer the Revell kit due to the better instructions and the much better decals (as you mentioned). Thanks for showing.

Thank you happy to share. I agree with you the Revell is better due to the decal sheet 😉

Nice kit. Looks like the Revell is a Redbox of the Zvezda. Revell wins with their nice color instructions and high quality decals. Zvezda decals are so so and most of their decals are from Russian Airlines.

I agree with you. I prefer the Revell kit for the 777

Lovely review 👍. Have these two kits and a very nice model to construct, I prefer the grey plastic in the Zvezda kit as it has a slightly rougher texture than the Revell white plastic and just find it better for the paint job but Revell wins hands down on the better instructions, bigger and clearer. Haven't used the decal as mine are BA.

The Zvezda 777-300 ER is a Boeing officially licensed product as is the Zvezda Boeing 747-8, That's all you need to know about Zvezda quality if Boeing license it, Also Zvezda kits are very reasonably priced, A Tamiya kit of the same quality will cost you twice as much!

I agree with you. The best quality for the price you pay, and some of the kit are really good with the flaps option, unfortunately not for the wide body, but still excellents.

what livery do you intend to do these as? For the revell one you should do the boeing house livery which is included but with the china airlines tail and text on the fuselage livery that they have. reg:B-18007

Hello. I have been following your beautiful builds for some time now.Nice review of both the kits. I am starting to build the Revell 777 in Airindia 300ER version. Any chance you know if the kit's fuselage is longer than the AI version? The aftermarket decal window count does not add up.

Hi Vivek, Thank you for comment. To my knowledge all 300 have the same length. The difference are performances, fuel tank etc..
the only difference in fuselage length is between the 200 and 300. I hope this answer your question.
      Happy modelling 😉👍
