As an Old IMG who has always been scared of usmles, today ur routine has inspired me to let go of my fear and work toward a dream❤ seems like i can enjoy being a hospitalist❤ thanks alot for the video❤
How...I am blown away that you are able to sit down and read things lol... "Look at that...I got an admission..." I felt that comment as a nurse in a nursing home lol
If being a doctor is a goal for you then yes. It'll be harder and would def ask the experiences of those who have gone or are there now. You want to make sure your chances of match into a residency you prefer is great
Looks like a very busy hospitalist job. Hope you are making 350k otherwise not worth. Do a fellowship in cardiology, you will make 600k. I think your stress level at job is more than an interventional cardiologist.

Is it worth it to go to Carribean medical school? I am a Canadian and it’s nearly impossible to get into Canada unless you have perfect stats

Do you have to manage CVA bleed patient after CT or you handed over to neuro?
that's a lot, i'd barely get one done in an hour - you gotta' be like 'cream of the crop' i guess, really fast - really sharp
As a hospitalist do you have sign outs with other attendings in the AM and PM shifts?
do you have to specialize in any internal medicine specialty, to become a hospitalist?
Nope , can do it straight out of residency. In pediatrics it's different where there actually is a fellowship
God bless you for the your work you do but sheesh that’s a lot.
Do you get one week one one week off?
It was! Recently changed to 4 on and 3 off, 3 on and 4 off.
