hiii sir it`s ansh here i`m 17 years old and i had my surgery done and it1s been 6 weeks ki meri surgery ho gyi thi i had hill sach`s legion and i had bankart laberal tear plus my supraspinatus tendon also had some partial tear now i`m having query that sir kya main apna shoulder phle jaise use kar paunga i mean to say ki wahi daily activities without any pain aur sir kya maine approximately 2-3 years baad koi sports persue kar skta hu .... please guide me sir 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
