This game's "yes, no, die" dialogue system is the logical next step of the acclaimed Fallout 4 "funny yes, yes, reluctant yes, yes later" dialogue system
@@ganjagank4787 To be fair, back in the Morrowind days they at least had some dope lore, though that sort of goes for other TES games as well, the writing in the books you find scattered around the game world is unironically better than the actual dialogue in the games. Bethesdas worst offense by far is making the player seem like a total idiot, your character knows absolutely nothing about anything because that's the only way their writers can deliver exposition, by forcing you to ask stupid questions about things that should be common knowledge in the world your character is supposed to inhabit.
It's not that they're still alive after you cut off their heads. It's that they've already put the momentum into their swing and it's happening whether they have a head or not.
I was going to comment this too it's actually quite logical for you to still take damage as I'm sure many samurai probably took injuries from enemies after a fatal blow
@Blood Farts I killed a Dojo Master and then he hit me and killed me on a dodge…….btw if you dodge and the enemy has a higher perception than you then it’s a high possibility they’ll hit you.
You know the messed up thing is is if you watch a documentary on musashi tomato is basically the way they describe him somebody that's knowledgeable and skills beyond his years but has the doll syrupy look of an infant who would not hesitate to tell you I am so much better than you

I encountered the first boss, he debuffed me before the fight by throwing Curry in my face, when the fight began he started eating sushi, I used my first move to slash him in the head and killed him in one blow. 10/10
