Costco's Jabra Enhance Pro hearing aids are de-featured Resound 1's with M&RIE for significantly less money. You get the sound quality of the ReSound with a few less features. You also get 6 months to return them if you don't like them and free loss or damage replacement.
An important detail is missed in this Resound M&RIE receivers. The audiologist should turn on these receivers in person or remotely in order M&RIE to work exclusively in more noisy outdoor environment. Why nobody even recommended audiologist using the best practices?
Why no any audiologist explains that in order M&RIE to work better in more noisy outdoor environment the audiologist need in person or remotely to turn on M&RIE settings for exclusive outdoor work?
1. Isn't the directional quality gained from the pinna effect and it's only the M&RIE that can take advantage of the pinna effect? 2. Regarding amount of hearing loss these are appropriate for: my audiologist and all the other reviews say the exact opposite of here, that they are best for mild to moderate; and appropriate for severe hearing loss. idk man...
Eh, this isn't a review at all. This is a feature list with pros and cons... did you even use them? How did they perform at a restaurant? Please don't call this a review if you aren't going to actually use it.
Returned mine. Horrible BT and they seemed more like amplifiers instead of hearing aids. They didn't help my speech comprehension at all yet overwhelmed by all other sounds after 3 adjustments total failure
2.5 star rating is nothing to brag about. I get it why it’s so low as the WiFi connectivity coding written in the hardware of this these devices actually is very waning and needs to be totally rewritten to work with phones. I use a new iPhone Best on the market reliable in every sense I can say as a professional technician. However this connectivity between the phone streaming and the hearing aids themselves is extremely lame always disconnecting and I have all updates and knowledge to operate yet this does not overcome the terribly tragic poor quality connection and lack of reliability… Thanks but no thanks… if you spend 2500 on these cheaper by half than the mid grade on the open market it’s only going to disappoint as I’m my experience since the first day on out of box constantly disconnecting…
Devices that cost about 6k it’s hard to believe the Bluetooth/WiFi is poor….I have Resound Quattro’s top of the line and the BT connectivity absolutely sucks.

You are right. This is a how to set up your tv box. Best gadget ever that I purchased. I’m able to understand each word clearly.

The Emperor's New Clothes?.....The in ear microphone (M&RIE) sounds like a nice idea but it barely amplifies, tried them, did not work for me.
Never again. The product did not perform as described. No remote and no Marie. Too expensive to experiment with in my opinion.
