All Star - Smash Mouth - Acoustic Cover

I was fiddling with a tune in the garden this afternoon which inexplicably morphed into the Riff from Smash Mouths 2000s hit: All Star. I thought it would be funny to see if I could record and "folked up" version of it without practicing or trying to deliberately work out an arrangement and this is what happened. I was so happy with it I decided to overdub some harmonies and a shaker for good measure. Who Knows, maybe this will become my encore song.

very reminiscent of a song from the movie "Elizabethtown", i just can't place it. It definitely feels like a road trip song. Good job. hope to see/hear some more like this.
