Sinampalukang Manok - Easy Chicken Sinigang Recipe. This chicken sour soup is truly appetizing, cooked with veggies & its distinct sour flavor comes from the Tamarind. We love this version as well, hope you'll love it too. Bon appetit. All ingredients are optional, modify as per your liking. Take everything in moderation. "Health is Wealth".

I’m a 20 something year old teaching myself how to cook filipino food, especially sinigang because it’s my childhood favorite. I love the technique of using rice water cause it’s also convenient I can cook rice at the same time. I also find that gave the sinigang more flavor over time! thanks :)

Hi! I watched most of your cooking, and I like how you teach because you give us an idea of the intensity of the fire, measure and quality of soy sauce we should use, and meat cutting techniques that I did not get from other cooks vloggers out there. Thank you, we will surely know how to cook the way you do. God bless!

Don't stick to one version. Be creative. That is why cooking is called culinary art.
