I've dated a Cancer and I feel like we need to add an astrics, if a Cancer is in tune with their emotions and the moon imo, they are loyal, protective and sensual. If not they are so destructive to others and themselves. But yes this goes for all of us in general but definitely more present in Cancer ruled by water.

Wow, #mindblown. As a cancerian myself, history is my favorite subject in high school and I still can relate what happened in the past to the present day. The key points are from this eye opening video : Cancer carried origins/roots in the their dna. FYI, I still remembered what happened at kindergarden mainly my teacher told me I'm a bad /naughty boy because I quarrelled a lot with another boy in class. The emotion was too powerful when school time, the memories of school teachers punished, bullied, humiliated me still fresh like those incident happened last week. As I am in my late 30s, I slowly learnt to forgive them and makind peace with my past. Yet, it's hard to forget 😅. Thanks for the insights 🙏

This is such a good topic actually, because Cancers can harm themselves so much with their own emotions.
It's a journey that's for sure, haha. Keep using the instances as opportunities to practice forgiveness and always remind yourself that the MAJORITY of people simply aren't going to treat you nearly as well as you treat them. It's NOT personal, they literally just don't have the capacity to care as much as you do.

Hear that? We’re not far off from being vindicated in the belief that yearly time of birth affects cognition and personality development. If the community could take a more nuanced approach in discussions with those unfamiliar or skeptical, we might make headway in leaps and bounds.
I feel like. . . I mean. The more "mystical" term is intuition, but the "scientific" or more "fact based" term would be as you said, subconscious pattern recognition. We are magnificent machines, with lots of RAM lol. And some of us access it more readily than others. But we all have it. I don't mind keeping the disciplines separate--BUT, I do believe that integrative, holistic views on spirituality/science would be, like, the highest level of progress.

After all, men such as Ptolemy, a polymath, often studied a wide variety of disciplines and could clearly see even then how they intertwined. Math, astronomy, geography, philosophy, astrology. It wasn’t until the advent of the Catholic Church that the ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ disciplines began to split as they are now. I think we’re beginning to see that trend reverse, or at least overlap greatly while remaining separate. But I’d also say that to facilitate that move, each side learn and use the terms and meanings associated with the other side’s viewpoint. We’re not touching two separate trees. We’re blind and touching the legs of an elephant.

Cancers have good intuition based on their emotions and Virgo which is me has good intuition based on being analytical and observant. This is one reason why I think Virgo and Cancer are a good match. Id like to give your point about cancer men and gender roles a second of admiration. Me and my father are both cancer sun and I see this happening with him a lot. He doesn’t let his emotions flow at all. As for me I’ve already figured this stuff out and have gotten a lot of recognition for it from family members and peers alike. It is really frustrating to see my father not figuring this out, because I want the best for him.

I can relate wholeheartedly to this video as I have strong cancer energy in my chart- Venus and Mercury and cancer plus moon in the fourth house. Dr Masaru Emoto has done many years of research on water and published a book called “ The Hidden Messages In Water”. He describes how our thoughts affects the waters of our bodies. The Moon is the seat of the Mind ( Hellenistic/Vedic ), the emotional waters create a memory/opinion.
I had briefly heard about that research in a book one time! Now I know the name of the guy. Thank you! Such an important reminder: We ARE water.

@@PuroAstrology I'm not sure what his Moon or Venus sign is, but I see your point. My instinct right now is to keep working on myself and setting personal goals and hope for the best. But as you said his honesty is reassuring, and he's extremely considerate when it comes to replying to messages and going out of his way to make plans. He always remembers small details of things we've talked about. Not something I've ever really encountered in my dating life until now.

I can only speak for myself from my perspective as a cancer male, but I love hard and my love goes deep. If someone I love betrays me or breaks my trust, I feel that shit not only emotionally but physically as well. It literally breaks my heart. I will never forgive or forget and that individual will be removed out of my life immediately.
I’m pretty in tune with my emotions and intuition, and it took many years for me to learn to control both. All the memories the good or the bad ones, if I go back down memory lane I can feel the happiness or pain it brought me at that moment like it’s happening all over again, it’s crazy.
