Thank you for this video :-) My only comment about the SpeedFun chip is that the plug connectors are not the same as the OEM plug ends. They are not o-ringed, thus not waterproof. Yes, they give you some shrink wrap for the one end where booth connectors join together, but the one that plugs into the motor is not 0-ringed. I put a bead of dielectric grease around the plug before I inserted it to hopefully keep the water out. I would hope they can eventually get the exact proper plug ends. Aside from that it seems to work as intended.
Hello Jack, yes we are aware of the plugs not being the original plugs. For this reason, we are now working with the manufacturer to solve the issue.. Nice to hear that you found a solution around the inconvenience..

Can you activate chip and set up speed withouth kiox screen display
The chip is always active.. unfortunately, you cannot setup the desired assisted speed :-(
