Hi, how you limit ur risk in ITM option buying as we cannot place stoploss in overnight position
As mentioned in the video, the key is position sizing, i size my position accordingly that even if the option price goes to zero, I don’t lose much in that trade.

We are currently testing the hedges with baskets and we are facing couple of issues with execution, once it is fixed, we will launch ATS with hedges for bank nifty and other indices which will take couple of weeks more

It should depend upon the strategy overall risk to returns parameter. What I do is Half of what I risk in option selling

Option buying how much capital required for 1lot sir
I would recommend to trade with at least ten times of actual margin requirement. If you are buying an option at 100₹ with 15 qty as one lot, then actual margin requirement for option buying is 1500₹ , so it is recommended to trade with minimum 15000₹ per lot. We need higher capital to handle drawdown
