I have a question I just got this boat and I want to know what size is the cooling tube? 3/16? Also wanted to know how hard was to install the new tub on the right side of the motor. It’s under the side rail.. did you have to pull the boat in half or did it slip on okay?
Thanks for checking out the channel! It’s super easy! Pull off a hose, measure that hose with the new hose so that you get the correct size! That way, they are the exact same length as the stock tubing! The innner diameter of the hose is 1/8 of an inch or 3 mm you can find it on Amazon! It is a very easy, install a pair of needle nose pliers will come in handy to get you in that hard-to-reach spot on the left-hand side of the boat! Hope this helps….please like and subscribe!
How much maintenance does it need after a few runs. When you get the boat out of the box, do you have to do anything else? Like greasing or something like that. I don’t know very much about rc boats, sorry 😅 Can it be in very choppy water 💦? Can it also be in the ocean? 🌊 😊
No maintenance out of the box. But after a few runs, you will want to grease the flex shaft it’s super easy. As far as the water you want to stay away from the ocean it will rust all of your electronics and hardware. If you don’t mind that then sure you can drive it in the ocean as far as choppy water goes it will handle it, but it will not be as fast!

The 26 is much bigger and a lot faster! I have both boats! They are both great, at what they do so I guess it all comes down to preference.
