The real story: Doomsday debuted with full Superman-killing plans driving the story. Hulk wasn't at his highest levels in those days. But since those days, we've had a million videos like this. And Marvel's writers have, in my opinion intentionally, wrote Hulk to bigger and badder feats to the point that Hulk should be considered the tougher cookie. Meanwhile Doomsday has been thrown in the B-tier villains bin. Used poorly, written weaker than he previous trajectory. So as Hulk climbs the ranks Doomsday has slid down them. I kinda disagree. Hulks been insane since day one and they had to nerf him to the point that even wolverine can fight him. Plus Superman almost always had to protect civilians while fighting doomsday and still puts his ass to sleep. Hulk has taken on teams to the point where they have to remove him from the battlefield. There was an original proclamation of Who Would Win between Superman and Hulk. Hulk came out every time due to the fact that there is only one way to beat Hulk. And that is to stop fighting. Just allow him to Calm Down. Because continuous fighting causes him to only get stronger. By forcing him to calm down, he reverts back to Banner. So yeah, no matter what iteration of Doomsday it is, Hulk will win because he will only get stronger the more Doomsday puts out.

I Dontrelle think this is a fair comparison. People always neglect the fact that The Hulk is a superhero whereas Doomsday is a super villain. This ultimately results in The Hulk winning a majority of his fight while Darkseid loses. This is done because the audience generally likes to see the protagonist win in a story. The Hulk is backed by the 4th wall influence while Doomsday isn't.
It’s really not that close. Doomsday is stronger and faster than hulk. Doomsday can also regenerate at a much faster rate. So doomsday can keep stabbing hulk with his spikes until hulks regeneration gets slower due to multiple wounds in such a short time. This would make Hulk vulnerable and open allowing doomsday to keep hitting him until he can rip his head off. Doomsday is a Superman villain meanwhile Hulk has been defeated by much weaker foes than Doomsday.

Also the key point that most Hulk fans seem to miss is that Hulk starts out on the marvel strength chart at level 10 which means that if someone like Superman or Doomsday hits Hulk in the beginning of the fight with an unrestrained blow the Hulk would be getting knocked out and not able to reach the strength level he needs to take them out. Marvel strength chart shows a level 10 as easily able to lift an excess of 100 tons, Superman lifted 250 quintillions with one arm, they're is literally no way that Hulk wouldn't get knocked out if Superman or Doomsday hit him in the beginning of the fight, now if Superman let Hulk continue to get get madder and let him continue to get stronger then yes now you have a genuine fight but what I'm pointing out about Doomsday is that Hulk can only beat Doomsday one time the same way that's what makes Doomsday so crazy. So after Hulk thinks he wins he would in reality only have made Doomsday stronger because Hulk would not be able to beat him again but that is only if Doomsday doesn't knock the Hulk out in the beginning of the fight, remember Doomsday is super skilled and in total control of himself unlike the Hulk who is more in smash mode.

Doomsday's strength also grows during the fight to match and overcome the threat, so unless it's a God like power level being that's capable of obliterating him on the spot, he and hulk r going to b in an arm's race of strength. Doomsday also can adapt in weird ways to help him defeat his enemy. I think eventually Doomsday would innately sense that Hulk runs on Gamma radiation and evolve to absorb it or some other way of overcoming. That's the whole point of Doomsday is that he's a problem u can't really solve by ordinary means. He's going to go planet to planet wiping out everything that lives that he can sense.
The thing is, Hulk is usually way overwritten, while Doomsday is usually way underwritten (ie made to be a jobber). So you'd think Hulk would easily win. But Doomsday at his peak, where he's meant to be, written properly, wins this. Hunter/Prey Doomsday > World Breaker Hulk.

Thor was amped by The Gamma that Hulk gave off which turned him into a Hulked out Thor with Warriors Madness on top of that and Hulk still held his own and was even overpowering him a few times. We even see them splinter the World Tree (Yggdrasill). Hulk did get some help from Odin with Mjolnir allowing him to keep Hulk-Thor at bay long enough for Odin to reach him and ultimately calm him down and purge the Gamma from Thor.

I think that The Hulk would defeat Doomsday at first but eventually Doomsday would defeat The Hulk. The reason is that each time Doomsday is killed he comes back to life but is immune to what has killed him. To use an example, The Hulk hits Doomsday with a 100 ton punch, killing Doomsday. Doomsday comes back to life and The Hulk hits him with same punch...which does nothing to Doomsday who comes back at The Hulk with a stronger punch. The one advantage Doomsday has over The Hulk is that Doomsday is at full strength at all times, he has no need to build up to his max strength...he's already there.
This one is def a close one. They are both strong af, they are both durable af, they both have crazy healing factors making them “almost” unkillable, they can both go toe to toe with Superman and Thor, they are both angry af, they can both react fast in a fight ( I would give DD the edge on speed though). So, who wins more often than not? In my humble opinion, based on current comics, I would go with the Hulk, but this fight would be very very long and would bring tons of destruction. One observation though - after this fight is over, with his adaptive evolution ability, would DD be able to come back stronger and defeat the Hulk? Hmmm 🤔 maybe?
DD's adaptation is proven to be limited. Example losing to blunt force more than once. Based on the perfect adaptation theory he would become indestructible and vastly stronger by it. He dies and has to be revived by others. You did some very good evaluations here 👍. Ps. Hulk's speed feats like catching up with Mjolnier puts him in the MFTL category. That stat scales with his power level.
Doomsday is literally immune to blunt trauma because of his mutation that makes it where he can’t die the same way twice. It doesn’t matter how strong you are if you can’t hurt your opponent. Just ask Baldur.
This is why I think Hulk can defeat Superman. Hulk heals way faster than Superman. So he can eventually wear him down over time with enough damage. I understand that Superman is way faster and has more feats, but eventually he'll have to get in close.

I think thisnis a very recent thing, but doomsday was trapped in hell. He was subjected to the very worst hell could throw at him. After all that, he has become super charged. The real story: Doomsday debuted with full Superman-killing plans driving the story. Hulk wasn't at his highest levels in those days. But since those days, we've had a million videos like this. And Marvel's writers have, in my opinion intentionally, wrote Hulk to bigger and badder feats to the point that Hulk should be considered the tougher cookie. Meanwhile Doomsday has been thrown in the B-tier villains bin. Used poorly, written weaker than he previous trajectory. So as Hulk climbs the ranks Doomsday has slid down them. Hero versus villain problem you could say.

There was an original proclamation of Who Would Win between Superman and Hulk. Hulk came out every time due to the fact that there is only one way to beat Hulk. And that is to stop fighting. Just allow him to Calm Down. Because continuous fighting causes him to only get stronger. By forcing him to calm down, he reverts back to Banner.

I Dontrelle think this is a fair comparison. People always neglect the fact that The Hulk is a superhero whereas Doomsday is a super villain. This ultimately results in The Hulk winning a majority of his fight while Darkseid loses. This is done because the audience generally likes to see the protagonist win in a story. The Hulk is backed by the 4th wall influence while Doomsday isn't.

It’s really not that close. Doomsday is stronger and faster than hulk. Doomsday can also regenerate at a much faster rate. So doomsday can keep stabbing hulk with his spikes until hulks regeneration gets slower due to multiple wounds in such a short time. This would make Hulk vulnerable and open allowing doomsday to keep hitting him until he can rip his head off. Doomsday is a Superman villain meanwhile Hulk has been defeated by much weaker foes than Doomsday.

There's no comic or anything showing Hulk knocking out Doomsday. Also the key point that most Hulk fans seem to miss is that Hulk starts out on the marvel strength chart at level 10 which means that if someone like Superman or Doomsday hits Hulk in the beginning of the fight with an unrestrained blow the Hulk would be getting knocked out and not able to reach the strength level he needs to take them out. Marvel strength chart shows a level 10 as easily able to lift an excess of 100 tons, Superman lifted 250 quintillions with one arm, they're is literally no way that Hulk wouldn't get knocked out if Superman or Doomsday hit him in the beginning of the fight, now if Superman let Hulk continue to get get madder and let him continue to get stronger then yes now you have a genuine fight but what I'm pointing out about Doomsday is that Hulk can only beat Doomsday one time the same way that's what makes Doomsday so crazy. So after Hulk thinks he wins he would in reality only have made Doomsday stronger because Hulk would not be able to beat him again but that is only if Doomsday doesn't knock the Hulk out in the beginning of the fight, remember Doomsday is super skilled and in total control of himself unlike the Hulk who is more in smash mode.

I think eventually Doomsday would innately sense that Hulk runs on Gamma radiation and evolve to absorb it or some other way of overcoming. That's the whole point of Doomsday is that he's a problem u can't really solve by ordinary means. He's going to go planet to planet wiping out everything that lives that he can sense.

The thing is, Hulk is usually way overwritten, while Doomsday is usually way underwritten (ie made to be a jobber). So you'd think Hulk would easily win. But Doomsday at his peak, where he's meant to be, written properly, wins this. Hunter/Prey Doomsday > World Breaker Hulk.
Current Doomsday is more powerful than first of the fallen who’s the most powerful being in hell which would include beings like trigon, etrigan etc.
Etrigan himself can destroy his son Golgotha who was able to one shot Michael demiurge
Trigon himself is compared to spectre, the wrath of god and the Quintessence which is highest orders of beings are scared to confront him.
Doomdays also beat the shit out of supergirl in armor given to her by First of the fallen that was made to face The Presence and the forces of heaven.

Quick correction,thor doesn't use the odin force passively,he wasn't using it in his fight with hulk,so hulk was basically fighting a regular thor.
Thor was amped by The Gamma that Hulk gave off which turned him into a Hulked out Thor with Warriors Madness on top of that and Hulk still held his own and was even overpowering him a few times. We even see them splinter the World Tree (Yggdrasill). Hulk did get some help from Odin with Mjolnir allowing him to keep Hulk-Thor at bay long enough for Odin to reach him and ultimately calm him down and purge the Gamma from Thor.

I think that The Hulk would defeat Doomsday at first but eventually Doomsday would defeat The Hulk. The reason is that each time Doomsday is killed he comes back to life but is immune to what has killed him. To use an example, The Hulk hits Doomsday with a 100 ton punch, killing Doomsday. Doomsday comes back to life and The Hulk hits him with same punch...which does nothing to Doomsday who comes back at The Hulk with a stronger punch. The one advantage Doomsday has over The Hulk is that Doomsday is at full strength at all times, he has no need to build up to his max strength...he's already there.

This one is def a close one. They are both strong af, they are both durable af, they both have crazy healing factors making them “almost” unkillable, they can both go toe to toe with Superman and Thor, they are both angry af, they can both react fast in a fight ( I would give DD the edge on speed though). So, who wins more often than not? In my humble opinion, based on current comics, I would go with the Hulk, but this fight would be very very long and would bring tons of destruction. One observation though - after this fight is over, with his adaptive evolution ability, would DD be able to come back stronger and defeat the Hulk? Hmmm 🤔 maybe?
DD's adaptation is proven to be limited. Example losing to blunt force more than once. Based on the perfect adaptation theory he would become indestructible and vastly stronger by it. He dies and has to be revived by others. You did some very good evaluations here 👍. Ps. Hulk's speed feats like catching up with Mjolnier puts him in the MFTL category. That stat scales with his power level.

This is why I think Hulk can defeat Superman. Hulk heals way faster than Superman. So he can eventually wear him down over time with enough damage. I understand that Superman is way faster and has more feats, but eventually he'll have to get in close.
Hulk at the hight of his powers can destroy planets by just walking or clapping, enough said.
I'm shocked someone actually considered relevant facts when talking about these 2. And especially delighted to hear someone finally point out just how overrated DD is. I think thisnis a very recent thing, but doomsday was trapped in hell. He was subjected to the very worst hell could throw at him. After all that, he has become super charged. Supergirl was given armour from the devil himself to fight him and still got clobbered by him. And most recently, he broke his way out of hell itself. I dont know what had happened since but i think he may be back
