Despite its stock i30n fastback base with added safety features like a roll cage and enhanced aerodynamics, this Hyundai performance vehicle showed moderate results at the 2019 event. It was primarily designed for promotional purposes and wasn't poised to dominate its class.
However, the story takes an exciting turn at the end of 2022 during the Australia N festival when car enthusiast Daniel Truong approached Hyundai with an ambitious proposal. He sought to purchase the car with the goal of elevating it to a competitive level for the World Time Attack Challenge. After extensive negotiations, Daniel finally acquires the vehicle, marking the beginning of a thrilling journey.
